I had lots of good experiences shopping at a nordstrom rack store near my house, but when I moved an hour away I decided to start shopping on their website. First I ordered a bench. After a week without receiving a tracking number I called, and they told me those benches were sold out and I would be refunded. The next day I noticed the bench was still listed on the site, so I called and they told me someone must have returned one, so to try ordering it. I did, but when it arrived it was in terrible condition and I had to return it. Next I ordered a pair of jeans and a top. The top was fine, but the jeans were the wrong size. I have never ordered anything online and received it damaged, or the wrong size. How is nordstrom experiencing these problems while every other company has it figured out?

One of the worst

I couldn't be more disappointed in the Nordstrom Rack, Oak Brook store. It was so messy and disorganized, long lines and less than friendly staff. I expected more. I won't go back and would not recommend.

I brought a pair of shoes online at Nordstrom Rack and pay with a gift card. When I received the shoes the color wasn't what I ordered. I call to customer service representative (that lady was very gentle) and she told me that I have to order a new pair of shoes and for the return I have to go to the store. I bought the shoes right away because I need it asap. This new pair I ordered I pay it with my credit card.
The next day I went to the store to make the return and the manager told me that the only thing she can do is give me a gift card. My question is: why do I have to receive a gift card if it was not my error. Why do I have to spend my money in this store if it was not my error. I'm very disappointed.

I ordered a pair of Betula sandals. Paid $49.99 plus shipping of $13.00. They arrived when they said it would. Pulled them out of the box and they were awful. Big glob of glue on the strap and the stamp on the side was placed in the wrong spot. Looks like they tried to wipe it off and put it on correctly. Well now you see where they did it and it looks cheap. They will not do anything.

I recently purchased an item and was charged $8 for shipping. When I purchased the item, the description stated "Ships in 1 - 3 days". I then received an email stating that the product would arrive in TWELVE days from the time of purchase. I contacted what Nordstrom considers to be "Customer Service" and asked for a refund of $8 and was denied. I have returned the item and will never order anything from Nordstrom online again and I would recommend not to anyone asking.

Shipping Sucks!

I placed my order and i paid for expedited shipping and I basically threw my money out the window! They kept changing my order date! Until it took a whole month to finally arrive! Honestly this is the last time I purchase anything with them... it is not with the hassle and customer service truly sucks I've contacted them about 6 times and they never gave me an accurate response! It was always a different story! Never again!

Nordstrom Rack will charge you for your online purchase as soon as the order is placed and then proceed to ship out your order two or more weeks later. Items I have ordered from overseas have arrived sooner than this Nordstrom Rack shipment. I find it very shady and deceptive to essentially "borrow" money from customers for weeks in advance. I contacted customer service 3x. The first time, the rep told me to wait and see. The second time, the rep informed me the package label came off and that I needed to wait a few more days for an update. The rep was unable to fulfill my request to expedite shipping. The third time, I did not receive a response from Nordstrom Rack. I will not reorder from Nordstrom Rack in the future.

The site uses an array of different shipping options and THEY chose one that does not deliver to my address. When I discovered this, I had a long online chat to try to straighten this out and have it re-shipped, and they would not re-ship. Just ridiculous.

I ordered a product knowing I might have to return it. It said free returns so I figured it would be. After trying to return my product, I ended up paying $14 in shipping costs! I contacted them and the lady could have cared less. She said the only way to fix it was to drive to the nearest Nordstrom (which is 2 hours away from me). I told her I would never be using their site again and she said "okay, enjoy your day!". They do not care about their customers, do not order from them.

If you think this is Nordstrom customer service, you are sorely mistaken. Ordered a wallet and received some else's shoes. Called customer service and was told I could return the shoes and then they would send the wallet OR I could reorder the wallet myself and pay more for shipping to receive before I left for my trip. Never said 'sorry for our mistake' but this is how to resolve to get the item in time for your trip. Otherwise it will probably take 2 weeks. Even spoke with supervisor - Jasmine- who confirmed this is all we can do. We are not Nordstrom. BEWARE-if THEY make a mistake, it's your fault. They could care less.

1, I tried to return a dress, I am pregnant and the dress didn't fit.it is past 90 days by 15 days. All effort I made even to customer service proved abortive.
2, I also bought Gucci sunglasses but it came with only a Calvin Klein case. The cashier says do you want it or not. I like Nordstrom rack but will never shop there again

Canceled my order

After 3 days of waiting, I've recieved an email with words:
"We want to say that we're sorry. Unfortunately, we will not be able to fulfill your recent order". Gyus are you even serious? You even won't explane me what whas the reason of your cancelation! I reviewed email in 7am in the morning. To say that i am mad and disappointed is to say nothing!

I ordered 8 items for the upcoming summer all at the same time. Yet they came in ALL separate BOXES, and the return address was the exact same! That's not only a huge waste of paper, but a huge annoyance!
Also some things are a bit cheaply made, mostly the shoes and bottoms. But cute tops and great prices.

I was leaving the country In 2 weeks and thought that was sufficient time for a top and necklace to arrive.lo and behold it did not and still hasn't on top of which they cancelled Tammy order for my top! I AM SO PISSED. I would never reckoned this site to anyone

I am encountering a significant delay in shipping my order. I have placed an order on 4/29/2017, and according to my account on Nordstrom Rack, the order was shipped on 5/2/2017, and I was provided with a track number from UPS with final delivery being done by USPS. Since 5/2/2017 until now, there is no information regarding my order. I called UPS to inquire, they said that the order has not even been picked up yet from Nordstrom rack, and that the rack store has only created a mail receipt without even handling the order yet... I called the online customer service from Nordstrom rack, she was very rude, she said (hey your order was shipped and you have to wait, our commitment is to ship within 3 days, and we are not responsible about delivering your item), I told her the order has not been shipped, she said ( Do I need to repeat myself? The order has been shipped and you just need to wait, we don't have to give you information about where is your item now)... This will be my last time ordering from them, and I will never recommend there online website to anyone...

I was pretty sceptical about the website from every review I read but once I seen that my shipment was arriving a couple of days early I was intrigued! The packaging was well put and the maxi dresses are beyond beautiful! It looks like celebrity's clothing wear. I would really recommend others to give this online web shopping a try because other people have different experiences and for what it's worth I defiantly received what I paid for. I AM ACTUALLY ONLINE LOOKING FOR MORE CLOTHES THAT ARE DISCOUNTED!

Wrong Dress Sent!

I am NEVER dealing with Nordstrom Rack again! They sent me the entirely wrong dress and when I called to tell them this they said the dress I wanted was sold out. They then stated they would send me a return label to return the dress. I am sorry but it is NOT my responsibility to send back the dress when I am too busy planning a wedding, going to school and working. Is it really that much to ask to send someone the right dress when they order it?!
