I will literally never shop at Nordstrom again. I made an online order and received the wrong merchandise with incorrect sized tags. When I called they did absolutely nothing for me and they said they would call back and never did. Luckily I had the inkling not to try to mail my items back so I returned them at a Nordstrom rack near me. If you read other reviews if your package doesn't get delivered they refuse to refund people so I am thankful my package at least arrived. Nordstrom will be out of business soon because nobody's going to put up with this. Nordstrom can go____ themselves.

Nordstrom has changed their price match policy. Unfortunately they wouldn't even honor the price of the manufacturer website-even though policy stated they would. After several attempts to get an adjustment & a lot of wasted time, I was informed they were not going to honor it. So beware especially if you're a Lilly Pulitzer shopper. It's rare I leave a bad review, but my experience was horrible.
1. The store said I picked up a wallet that I NEVER did bc I was out of town and wasn't charged.
No help, I called their security Dept and asked them to review and nothing. Screwed out of money.
2. Three packages were delivered down the street to the incorrect according to USPS. USPS can't locate them and Nordstroms... won't help you AT ALL.
They won't help file a claim or do ANYTHING whatsoever.

I ordered an item that sold out. After looking up the tracking information, it says the package was damaged and is being automatically returned to the sender. That is completely pointless, leaves the customer without any chance of getting an item that might be just fine, and wastes resources. I called the customer service number and even the supervisor offered no attempt at a solution like repackaging the item to resend or asking the shipping company to just continue sending it to the customer. They said they most likely will automatically throw out the item regardless of if it is actually damaged. This is very poor customer service and makes shopping at their site a total waste of time. There is no reason they couldn't contact their returns department and make a specific request or allow a customer to look at an item received as it to determine if it should be returned or is actually damaged. I've gotten a number of damaged packaged marked received damaged by other retailers and the contents were fine. Nordstrom should not be telling their shipping company to automatically send back items customers paid for. This is a waste and not fair that we can't get the item after paying for it and waiting for it for a week. There was a sentimental reason we ordered the specific item. Shop elsewhere. The customer service agents at Nordstrom don't even care at all.
I have been a Nordstrom customer since the 80s. Their shipping/ return process initially was considered generous when compared to other retailers. This helped as I moved during my career and sometimes had no Nordstrom near me. Well... years have passed, and I have become even more dependent upon shopping online. Now, their process is outdated and unreliable. Ordering this Christmas: I was unable to see the status of my order. Through Christmas, it continued to display "Preparing to Ship" even though the app/ site guaranteed arrival by the holiday. Customer Service seemed to have the same information as me and gave no assurances or insight. When it was clear that the gift would not arrive by Christmas, I attempted to cancel the order. I was told that this wasn't possible. And, returning items... I continue to have poor experiences. It takes weeks (this time it took 5 weeks after shipping to them in November) to get a credit. At 5 weeks, I was told that they were behind and that it would take another week to process. Magically, the next day, the item showed "returned" and a credit was made to my Nordstrom card. The last 3 returns I have done, were suddenly processed when I called Customer Service with concerns. Why? This is my last holiday/ birthday order with them.
I have been purchasing from Nordstrom for over 10 years and in the last few years have noticed the quality of the merchandise I receive is really bad. They send out shoes that have been worn, I received a handbag that cost 1,500 with pen marks all over the outside. I have had numerous packages misdelivered and items missing from orders. I recently purchased over $1000 in items from Nordstrom including $20 Acrylic Marker set. When I received my order the markers were missing so I called to tell their "customer service" - side note - what happened to their customer service department? What was once the best is now horrible. They pass the buck to the "delivery research" department who in turn send me an email saying they can't give me my money back?! The markers are sold out and I didn't receive them and they are telling me they are keeping my money? Seriously? So Nordstrom makes mistakes and then when they make a certain amount of mistakes they make the customer responsible? Lovely business practice Nordstrom and no wonder your sales are going down. I would strongly suggest to anyone reading this to buy direct from the manufacturer instead of Nordstrom and if you do order from them FILM EVERYTHING! My credit card company took care of me - thankfully someone still values customer service but I will never make a purchase at Nordstrom again. I will also be returning everything I purchased recently so I hope the $20 was worth the loss in the sale over $1000- that's just dumb business right there.
I ordered Brown Leather Jacket that i saw on Nordstrom's web site. I got wrong jacket 3 times. 2 times I got black leather jacket that don't have a collar, and the last one brown jacket without collar. I called many times asking them to making a correction and send me the exact item that is posted on the advertisement on their website. The mistake was not corrected 3 times no one tool owner ownership of the situation. My expectation of Nordstrom was higher standard, but this showed me failure of service. Please post right commercial on your website this was below my expectstion.

I was charged 3 times for 1 item I purchased. Once explaining this to customer service, I was told the item cannot load, so I should contact my bank. The bank was no help. Will not be purchasing again can't trust this place.
This was my first and last time ordering from Nordstrom online. I ordered 3 items on November that were sent in 2 shipments. The first shipment was through ontrac and that only updated when a label was created. The second shipment was sent through USPS and I received that 3 days later. To this day, ontrac claims to never have received my order. I called Nordstrom at least 6 times and each time their story changed on when I would get a refund and when I would get my package. They have very misleading and unethical practices and I'm blown away by how incompetent they are. I should have known they were going under because that makes people do very shady things to keep them from refunding customers. I will post this on every review site online. Stay away from this business! Amazon and Macy's are more reliable.
If I could give them negative infinite I would! I used to be a huge fan of Nordstrom's but the company has really gone down hill. I used to love ordering from them online and when I wouldn't get a package (e. G stolen or lost) they would re-compensate me right away! They are so respectful and understanding of my situations but now it's a different ball game. After having not received a package as in it was delivered to the wrong place and not my address, they refused to compensate me. They told me their company is not longer responsible for any stolen packages or lost packages! Like what! They told me I would have to subpoena their GPS coordinates and tacking records of my package if I wanted to find it. And that I would have to report this to the police etc. as if the police has time to look for my package when there are far more serious things then that! Guys don't buy anything online from them anywhere be warned! They will not give you your money back at all. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Here's my review: Don't bother shopping here I spoke with CS agents four times about not seeing movement on my package each and every time I was assured that the item has shipped and that it was moving and would be delivered to me by 11/8. This morning the tracking still shows as shipped I once again called between each and we should be that the item will be delivered by the end of the day the end of the day came and went and when I called again and looked at my order on my profile that item was returned and I was charged for the return label. Nordstrom rack will not try to make this huge inconvenience up to me a loyal customer since day one. Kristina the lead I spoke to would only offer expedited shipping and told me that if I was unhappy then Nordstrom, Nordstrom did not need my business. The Nordstrom name use to mean anything. Also Jess on there Twitter account said the same thing that Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack did not need my business. This company had idiot employees that were seeing imaginary tracking information and due to their delay the item sold out and they could care less. Never ever will I do business with this company again and neither should you! You have been warned!

Answer: I have bought a fair number of designer handbags and sunglasses from Nordstrom. In all cases (depending on designer) the handbags were marked inside by the designer, where the item was made, usually a serial number and often a certificate of authenticity. This is especially true of the couture items i. E. Prada, Yves St. Laurent, etc. I have never questioned an items authenticity that I purchased from Nordstroms. They are way too big to risk their rep on fakes.
