My wife and I ware visiting Nordstrom for some shopping and noticed some very strange thing. While the whole world and especially our Country is dropping all the restrictions, Nordstrom went back to this totally ridiculous thing as wearing masks to all their employees. This is complete nonsense and total disrespect towards the customers. We have no pleasure at all to see faceless employees. I'm not going back to Nordstrom on till all these nonsense will end, these policies going against all local and even federal laws and regulations. All of us going everywhere without masks, traveling, going to concerts, churches etc. this against any common sense.
Over all Nordstrom is loosing the quality of the customer service focusing and following political winds. Vary sad, such a great company loosing it's grip over things don't matter.

I should have read all of these reviews before I placed an order. The item i received was not what was detailed in the description and each time I spoke w/ someone they told me that is not what I ordered. They do not have the full set and of course to return it I will have to pay. Very, very disappointing.
They work promptly, the goods are of the quality as stated on the site. I have ordered twice. I am very happy with them. Thank you for your work!
I was looking at the dyson wrap@ roughly $600. They were out and the woman said if I gave her a credit card number it would hold it when they came in but she had no idea when they would be in. She assured me it wouldn't be charged. It would be to hold it in case I wanted it. SHE CHARGED ME without even checking with me. The item came in 11 days from when I was there (I guess that doesn't matter). I am so mad. The funds are tied up and not in my acct. 4 days later. Such BS
I always check Norstrom first when I'm making an online purchase. Free shipping both ways. Easy to access return label and return at post office. Can get customer service on line reasonably quickly. Just wish they wouldn't use Lasership as a courier. Almost too much selection! Items sell out quickly, don't wait for a sale unless it's shoes. They have narrow width shoes!
Nordstrom has a rewards program that allows you to shop there or the Rack, their return policy and products well exceed their competitors. I continue to find mind blowing clearance prices on their Rack app and love shopping at all their stores.
This store is a phenomenon. It gives free shipping and returns no questions. It carries a variety of goods that will satisfy even the most curious of shoppers. I've been successfully shopping this store for years. It has exclusive designers that cater to all communities. And a diverse team that covers all walks of living creatures. We are blessed to have a store that is like this. Shop there you won't regret it.
Just like everyone else, we used to be able to count on Nordstrom for almost anything. I am unsure what processes have changed but as a loyal customer, I can tell a huge difference. I have had now 3+ online purchased that show "SHIPPED" and have not shipped and given to the carriers. The best suggestion that the Nordstrom employees tell me is to wait a week and if the item doesnt show up, we will refund. It's dissapointing as some of these purchases are suppossed to be gifts or would like to recieve when the items says it will be delivered. Nordstrom is slowly losing my business due to there online purchases challenges and have become unreliable.
I received a used wallet with scratches. In a dust bag for a purse and no box. I called customer service and was told you can just return it and buy it again. Really what is going on these days.

I wanted to use the 40% off but code but then the system somehow didn't apply it and I was charged full price. I tried to cancel or modify my order within seconds after receiving the confirmation email
I have shopped at Nordstrom for a long time but lately I have been disappointed with not only their inventory (lack of) but also their declining customer service. It seems to take much longer these days for deliveries to arrive - like up to 3 weeks. Their online service is failing me as well. Their interface now requires a separate log in to print a return label and their online support is all but invisible at times. I cannot recommend nordstrom as a high end shop anymore.
Ordered balenciaga track sneakers paid 1,062. For them rushed shipped them for my vacation and never received my order. They stated my package was delivered to the address on file. I live in an apartment complex 50 apts. I have a camera in front of my apt door I told them I can send them the recording of that day no package was delivered to me. When I called them they told me wait 24 hrs because sometimes FedEx Will scam your package and not deliver same day. And still I haven't received anything. They won't even tell me where exactly the delivery person put the package. They claim they thoroughly did and investigation. & I can't get a refund or replacement it doesn't make any since. I thought the package would have requested a signature due to the cost of the item. I believe my package was left outside of my apartment complex not my apt door. People walk in and out and it could of possibly been stolen. I really feel this isn't fair I will never spend my hard earned money at this establishment again!
Nordstrom customer service experience was one of the worst I have ever encountered. I ordered a jacket online and paid for overnight shipping as well. The order was confirmed online and then I got an email the next day saying they canceled my order due to technical issues with processing. I called customer service and they could not give me a reason for the cancellation and i was told someone from finance would call me to resolve it. Its been almost a week and they have yet to contact me.
My package was stolen and was delivered an empty box. Customer service number not working. Call on a Saturday and the recording stated that they were close and opened from 8am-8pm. Called at 8:20 and recording stated they can't take any calls. This company is nothing but FRAUD AND HAVE NOTHING BUT THIEVES WORKING FOR THEM THAT WILL STEAL YOUR MERCHANDISE AND STILL DELIVER YOU AN EMPY BOX. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM NORDSTROM AGAIN.
I don't understand why a company with the respectable reputation as Nordstrom would insist on continuing to use such an inferior delivery service as OnTrac. OnTrac has a sitejabber average rating of 1.11 stars, with total positive reviews (last 12 months) of just 2.3%.
Every morning for one month (December 2021 through mid January 2022) my wife got an email from OnTrac saying her package was out for delivery, and every evening she would get an email saying they were unable to deliver. And every couple of days my wife would call Nordstrom and try to cancel her order and every time Nordstrom would say "OnTrac's site says it is out for delivery", and refused to cancel her order. Finally after over a month someone at Nordstrom's refunded her money.
Yesterday, on a different Nordstrom delivery, OnTrac said a package was delivered at 7:09 pm. There was no package. When we responded to OnTrac that our package wasn't delivered OnTrac replied "yes it was. It delivered to your front porch at 7:09pm". From 6:45pm until 7:30pm yesterday three of us were in my kitchen making dinner with our kitchen window wide open, our front porch can not be approached without passing our kitchen window, if a delivery van/truck was at our home and a package delivered between that time WE WOULD HAVE SEEN AND HEARD THEM.
If Nordstrom continues to use OnTrac for delivery we will no longer shop at Nordstrom.
I made a purchase and reached out to customer service to report missing package. They reply to me replacement and refund will be denied. I requested a call and the lady on the phone told me should make a better decision to shop in store instead of shopping online if my address is unsafe for packages to come! Everyone's address is safe and no one is expect their packages to be missing! Instead of hearing my concern she blame my address to be the problem and that the ups driver does not need to hand the package to the customer because they don't got time and signature is not required. Worst experience shopping at Nordstrom and I will never come back again. I WARN everyone if you shop online you better have a security or else you will not get the item and you will not get your money back!
I placed an order and then found that I had made a mistake. As it had only been a few hours since I had placed the order, I decided to cancel it. I contacted the customer service chat, and the person I talked to was very unhelpful. They claimed that after 2 hours a cancellation was impossible, and to not to have a supervisor when I asked to speak with one, and would not provide any employee id number or any other identifying information. I then called their customer service, and that representative was able to help me with the assistance of her supervisor, who sent in a cancellation request. I received a refund via Paypal within a few hours. The phone rep was helpful and pleasant to deal with, and I did get a refund quickly, but I felt their live chat service was very poor. In general their return/cancellation policy seems very restrictive and difficult to deal with.
I recently filed a missing package report to Nordstrom so I can get my refund. But instead of issuing me refund Nordstrom denied the refund. In the letter Nordstrom stated " Refunding and/or replacing merchandise reported as not received is done at Nordstrom's discretion and I cannot guarantee."
Not only the order came in 5 separate package at different time but also left in front of my porch unsurprised. One of the package is missing due to the fact that they were left out unsurprised! Nordstrom doesn't take any responsibilities and left their customer to eat the loss or report to police station for theft. This is unacceptable.
I want everyone to know how Nordstrom treated its loyal customers and I regret spending my money shopping at Nordstrom all these years. Please shop somewhere else BUT Nordstrom for your own sake!

I bought an Armani suit and had to go back 3 times to the store because the tailors did a terrible job on the suit, it was ruined. I need it a custom suit for a gala event and took me a lot of time to buy it. I end up returning it, loss on the business because lack of training on their employees.

Answer: I have bought a fair number of designer handbags and sunglasses from Nordstrom. In all cases (depending on designer) the handbags were marked inside by the designer, where the item was made, usually a serial number and often a certificate of authenticity. This is especially true of the couture items i. E. Prada, Yves St. Laurent, etc. I have never questioned an items authenticity that I purchased from Nordstroms. They are way too big to risk their rep on fakes.
