I've got a demanding full time job and often don't have a lot time to visit malls/stores to try on clothes/shoes. I do a lot of my shopping online at places like Zappos, Amazon and Nordstrom. Usually, if i can't what want, or in the size I need from of these sites, I find it on one or the other listed here. I usually start on Nordstroms.com because they price-match, have free shipping/returns and their clothing options are relevant and current. My frequent issue with their site is that I can't always find my size available and don't usually want to wait for it to be back in stock in a few weeks, so I turn to Zappos/Amazon, who usually have what I want and for the same price. I also enjoy the reviews on Norstroms.com, they really help me with my buying confidence and decisions. I have never had an ill-experience shopping Nordtroms' site, and love that the quality of their products are always great, and their customer service is always prompt and so friendly.

Nordstrom is one of my favorite retailers. They have a great selection of both high end and affordable high quality items. Great shoe selection, free shipping and returns. If you ever do have a problem (only time I had a problem was when UPS delivered to the wrong address, so it wasn't even Nordstrom's error), they will do whatever it takes to help with it. No long waits for an agent that barely speaks English -- they are quick, responsive, and accommodating. I will be a customer for life.
Without notifying a customer - me. I've been online shopping with nordstrom's for a LONG time, for clothes, shoes, and makeup. I've always been a happy customer - shipping and returns are free and reliable. In the 8+ years I've shopped online, only 1 package has been missing. Then in Jan. 2016, a Jo Malone perfume oil I had purchased at Christmas time was missing. The odd thing was that there was NO TRACKING info online, like they usually do. The customer rep told me it was 'odd' but their system said it was fulfilled, even though there was no UPS tracking number. Since she can't track it herself, she replaced the order. A month later, I ordered Clinique items and a GWP. I received a confirmation but never a shipping notice, so I called customer service. They told me that my order was canceled. When I asked why I wasn't even sent a courtesy email that they couldn't fulfill it, I was told that their system cancelled it because the 'system' thought I had already received a Clinique GWP and there is a limit of 1 per customer! I told her to check my purchases and they didn't find any other Clinique purchases. She tried to explain several other possible reasons, but none of them held water or applied to me. She was apologetic and got back to me in a timely manner to try to explain what happened, but wasn't able to give a valid reason. I feel offended and disappointed with Nordstrom's. I haven't shopped with them since Feb. Except to use up a a few remaining giftcards. Just took away the fun of online shopping for me. I don't need the aggravation.
New to shopping on line, I love it. I am a senior, not able to get out and shop for a while. Shopping on line has been a blast, Nordstroms order was sent quickly the style, fit, material amazing. I found a sale as well. Thank you for great service!

I just ordered pair of shoes Hunter brand the navy color for my boyfriend. He really love that color. But when I received my ordered I was very disappointed cause it was wrong color. It was green color. OMG. And in the package, I didn't see any receipt and return label in there. I don't know how can they put the wrong color in there. And then I called to customers service. And I told them that i want that shoes with the color that I ordered but they said It out of stock. So we can't send you that color. I am very disappointed the way they do with the customer. They did wrong color shoes that i need and they need to resend to me another one. They didn't do it. They just say sorry and that's it. I shopped at nordstrom and nordstrom rack a lot. But from now, if they won't solve the problem, maybe I won't come back and shopping there any more. And in my store list to shopping won't have nordstrom rack anymore. Very disappointed
Been seeing a good makeup set here last week and bought one of the set. I have received the items as I expected. Happy to stay beautiful with this products.

Answer: I have bought a fair number of designer handbags and sunglasses from Nordstrom. In all cases (depending on designer) the handbags were marked inside by the designer, where the item was made, usually a serial number and often a certificate of authenticity. This is especially true of the couture items i. E. Prada, Yves St. Laurent, etc. I have never questioned an items authenticity that I purchased from Nordstroms. They are way too big to risk their rep on fakes.
