I have been on line trying to find a way to contact noracora company, in every possible way and I have not been able to. I received merchandise that doesn't resemble their picture or the correct size, so I have been trying to get to their website and originate a return slip. It doesn't accept my email, password, or, order number. There is no phone number for customer service. A total nightmare. From their cheap prices I should have figured that they are not legit. So much for their guarantee.

So I ordered these really cute sneaker type slip on shoe and it gave US sizes and I did look at reviews first before I ordered my women's 8. So, I received my clothes and shoes and after waiting g about a month I was VERY disappointed. The shoes ended up going to my 8yr old goddaughter and the pants just barely fit and the denim shorts also went to her! Quality I can say was good but not the sizes at all.
Offered an adjustment on the shipping costs, very satisfactory.
I asked to return a couple of things that are too big and never received a response.

I loved the colors and patterns, but one of the shirts was too small when it said a medium the dresses about three of them were like sackcloth too big I had to take them to somebody to take in the dresses. I am a medium, but those were like a large, so I spent more money having them tailored. They don't look like the pictures do on the models it's deceiving I will be happy when the seamstress fixes them to my size only one dress no two dresses fit me perfect

This is my first time shopping. I will let you know if I am happy with the items I purchased at such low prices.
Got text message with discount code, however couldn't find box to enter, so lost my discount.
Feeling pressured to complete purchase. I have tried numerous times to download app and very difficult and still not able. Too much follow up emails/reminders to complete transactions. Doesn't show total due until payment information is provided, leaving little or no chance to cancel order.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
