First of all it was not the dress I had looked at. The picture of the dress was only to the knee, when it arrived it was a maxi dress, not at all what I expected. There was no shape to it it looked like something that a tent maker would make.
I was not entirely surprised. For the price paid and the beautiful fabrics pictured it was the ultimate con. I learned my lesson and donated the garment to the local thrift store!

WORST online business I have ever encountered. Do NOT believe their suggestion of easy returns. I don't mind paying return shipping fees but they somehow fail to mention that all items must be returned to CHINA, until you submit a return request.

If you pay attention to the sizing chart you will find you won't be disappointed. The chart is extremely important because an XL might fit like an L or a 2X. The measurements given on their sizing chart is what will give you a great experience. Clothing is affordable. I have ordered here a couple times.
I am finding the return process very frustrating. I am trying to return a partial order and your directions for return are misleading. I had emailed the provided email address of "[email protected]" and I keep getting "unable to deliver". Somehow I found my way to the correct email address and am now waiting for your response. This had me for two days trying to reach someone for assistance.
Your clothes look beautiful on the website. So I ordered one for a special celebration. Dress came. Cheaply made. Lace only in front and flimsy, like dime store lace. What appeared to be layers was flimsy cotton stitched at neck and hem. I will never wear this dress, and yet to return it would cost another $10-15. Plus a foreign exchange charge ended up on credit card. I will never recommend your site. Further, I believe that there is one parent company using lots of names doing the same thing. Kohlslady is another.
I purchased five shirts and only one fit. I overlooked the information that noted an XL in the US is a 12 in China. I also skimmed over the fact that I would have to pay shipping and possibly a fee. So, I took the 15% refund which wouldn't even buy 3 gallons of gas in CA. The bright side is that 4 women, in a women's shelter, will be blessed. Moral of the story…read the fine print!
It took almost a month to receive my order & you charged my credit card immediately, instead of waiting till order was shipped. It said your company is in South Carolina & I am in N. Carolina... unacceptable.

I ordered shoes that were not good fit, earrings that came broke and cheaply made. The sweaters were different fabric from what was shown... the pants were too big and cheap fabrics on all clothes. My order was large and disappointing. I requested a return form and still haven't received. The total order took very long to arrive. I definitely will not order from this company again! What a terrible experience!
I thought I put my order in, but then received no notification. I then resubmitted my order to later find out I duplicated it. I had to cancel one order. After receiving my order, I wasn't happy with most of the items, so I had to mail them back. I haven't received any confirmation whether they've refunded me get.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
