The products sizing seems off and the quality is not very good.
Sizes were not comparable to US sizes. After ordering found out they were being shipped from China.The return policy stunk. I was informed the postage would be so high that it was better to keep the items and they would refund me 25%. Learned a lesson here.
Everything I have ordered from NORACORA was "fabulous"! Great material, perfect sizing, and delivery was quick. I will continue to purchase from NORACORA, for myself, as well as for gifts. Oh, and the price, for the quality of products, is very reasonable~
I liked the shoes that I purchased for my sister's birthday and they came about a week before. However as much as I like the shoes, which are true to size and look exactly like the picture... I had a hard time trying to track my item on my own without the help of customer service each time. Also my item showed it was in my city and the next day it was 30 miles away as if was being sent back. This is the only problem I had and I wish you would make it easier to track.

The items I ordered were greatest! I do find myself doing a lot of looking before I can find items I really like in my size.
I ordered several items. A few were not what I expected - material and fit. I wanted to return them. Customer service reached out to me and offered a satisfactory solution. I greatly appreciate their quick response to my dilemma. The other items are just as lovely as they appear online.

The shopping here is easy and the fashions very nice but; i don't care for the shipping rates. They seem a little steep! That might change my mind about shopping at Noracora. Sorry.
Unless you want to wait a long time for your order to be delivered AND you want to pay a very large cost in return shipping. It is NOT obvious when ordered shipping and returns are from China. For ~$150 USD order cost to return was $75. Sure Noracora offered a $35 credit, so now I am in the hole for $120 w a bunch of dresses that do not fit.
Sizing is much smaller than standard USA sizing.

Answer: My thanks to all commenters here. You just saved me from an expensive mistake!
Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
