Waste of time and money, horrible company, low quality clothes (if you get them) and there are NO exchanges or refunds... they just give you the run around until you give up.
Under different company names, different phone numbers ect. Placed an order on 7/5/2019. Within minutes, cancelled my order by email. Sent several emails with NO response of cancelled confirmation. Found a number from a complaint site *******984. Talk to one of their FAKE reps named James Bakar. Said i needed to down load their app for a refund in which i kno is NOT true. The rep hung up on me. Please people file a complaint with econsumer.gov. And the FBI. They need to be investigated and shut down.
Ordered a shirt. Sent me wrong top, wrong size and WILL NOT REFUND MONEY OR SEND CORRECT TOP. THEY INSIST I MUST PAY SHIPPING FOR THEIR WRONG ORDER AND WILL ONLY RETURN 30% of my payment. Complere scam. Do not buy from them.
Stay far away from this company. They should not be allowed to do business in the USA. They don; t tell you on their web site that you have to return items to China and pay more than it costs for the items. Not to mention the items are HORRIBLE quality.

The items I ordered that did manage to come were horrible quality not at all looking like the web site pictures. More importantly their website says "easy returns". That is completely untrue. I sent at least five emails asking for information on how to return items, since after purchasing items, I realized the return information was not on their site. There was no response whatsoever, I assume because they try to make you go pass their 15 day period when returns are no longer accepted. They responded to me, only after I put a grievance through PayPal. They then Said that since shipping was very expensive back to China that I should keep everything and they would give me a 15% discount, I said that was unacceptable, and have not heard back. After calling PAYPAL, they quickly suggested that they take over the case and are handling it for me. I would suggest to anyone that has paid Nora Cora via credit card or PayPal that they called and dispute it through those well-known and respected USA companies. As well as write a review so more people can see this and not get hoodwinked by them.
I ordered a pretty sundress from the site and, knowing it was going to be made in China, I ordered two sizes up despite that the size chart on the site said my normal size would fit me. However, when I received the dress it was extremely tight in the chest and way too large at the bottom. Since I would have to send it back at my expense I thought I'd keep it and try to alter it myself. It was nice fabric. UNFORTUNATELY, after placing this order, two days later I ordered two other garments (two sizes larger). AWFUL! One of the items was the size of a tent and the patterns of the fabric didn't match up at the seams for either, and the seams themselves were coming apart in places. Now, again because of the cost of returns, I am stuck with an additional two useless garments. NEVER AGAIN! Don't waste your money on this company.
Clothing are made with poor quality fabric. Fit was ridiculous... size 8 was more like a 12.
Return policy is not as advertised! You have a limited time to return your items, when I requested a "return shipping address" slip, it took weeks to get a response so I sent the items back to the distributor in California... received an email stating that "too much time had lapsed and they would no longer be able to return the items" They should be put out of business. Out $105... just glad it wasn't more.

Noracora clothing is cheaply made and not linen material as shown and stated in the photos. Beware this company will change its name and start with a fresh name. It used to be Rosewholesale. Look at the photos first and if the models bodies are shown and not their heads in photos then it's the same company and beware!
Illustrations in ads look great; but clothing weirdly cut, sized, and of different materials than advertised. Donated all 5 pieces I ordered as returns impossibly $ and difficult.
The clothes came after a month and they looked like they were home sewn by a 4th grader with the cheapest cloth you can imagine. And yes, they refuse to accept returns and threaten you that you will have to ship them back to CHINA at your expense. Their stated return policy on their web page is a fraud. Don't do it!
Just from looking at it you can tell that it is superior quality. The Gold shield is extremely resistant to the weather. Light enough that it is easy to manipulate. The fabric is very good, looks sturdy. Nice airflow that keeps car dry even if periods of heavy rain. I would absolutely recommend this products to friends and family.
Sizing was off for pants and tops I ordered. But returns only accepted if you send them to China and pay the postage. Clothes are poor quality.
The advertising of the clothes is great, but the merchandise is very poor quality. The material used is thin and would fall apart with one washing. The sizing would fit a child not a women. I was told that I would be responsible for the return charge which is China! The return address is no good on the package and I must request a return lable. I had already returned the items when my email was answered. The company needs to be shut down. I doubt if I will ever see a refund. Linda
I am very disappointed with the dress!
First off it is not made of linen as it was described, but of cotton polyester.
I tried to address this with customer service but they ignored the issue, and were unwilling to pay for the return shipping as it was not was what described. They didn't respond to that at all and it may be that many of their items are listed as linen but are really a much cheaper material.
Besides that the chest area is very small. I am a size B bra. So if you are not flat chested or are anything bigger than an A cup and don't have extremely narrow shoulders it will be very snug on top. I am a size 8.
Tracy at customer service told me that the international fees I would incur in sending it back would be very high and offered to give me 15% off if I kept it or pay the fees and not get any or much of a refund.
I really liked many of the clothes on the site but after this interaction, I would never buy from them again. I also bought a pair of pants that were a Medium but when I tried them on were more like a Large. Way too big. Don't trust the pictures or their descriptions to be accurate.
These people are horrible - it took 2 months to get the 4 items I ordered. There was no return label. Instructions were "to return in package received to address fullfilled from in CA. I want my $80+ back and they are not responding. The clothes were not as pictured, see through material on some. The same size on all garments fir completely different.

After reading lot's of negative review's i decided to cancel my order. I sent email to them but they said i have to wait 10 days to receive my money back so i called *******181 and they helped me with my credit back
This company tried to have me install spyware called Aplimex onto my computer to issue a refund 30 minutes after I placed the order. Their website states orders can be cancelled within 24 hours with no penalty. Not true. TOTAL SCAM SITE! Working with Paypal to get them to stop doing business with them. Number I used to call *******181 and *******733 were the ones trying to install remote access software to hijack my computer. BEWARE!

I wish I did my research before I placed an order with this company! The tracking number doesn't work, I had no idea this was shipping from the UK. I have emailed to try to cancel the back ordered items and no response. From reading these reviews I guess I can just kiss away the money I spent for the items. I will never order from an unknown company online again, lesson learned.
I get very excited when I find this kind of stores, with low prices, quality clothes and style.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
