Clothes received are not what advertised... fabric that said "linen" are actually cheap cotton and polyester. Returns are impossible... and they only give 10%-15% back, if you are that lucky, unless you want to pay the postage fees to return to CHINA. On initial review of company, you don't see return policies or certainly no phone numbers for their customer service... am assuming they are in China as well. Recommend everyone notify the Federal Trade Commission and report their business practices so no one else gets shafted! Wanted to give ZERO stars, but system won't accept... so 1 is actually too many!
No where on their site is it mentioned that the items ship from China. Shipment is slow (weeks to a month) and the items are shipped randomly so that you cannot wait and the return a group together. The sizing bears no resemblance to the US. I would guess that 3XL may be a 12. The fabric used is cheap with no drape or stretch.
We have a problem with one order and after I made a complaint on this site they immediately contacted me and tried to solve the issue. They gave me a fast refund and a descount. It was a fair experience after all.
Please do not waste your hard earn money buying ANYTHING from this company. Ordered 2 items they claimed they have a 15 day return policy for exchange or return items. So basically, they keep ALL your money if you don't return the items in the allotted time. There is no policy in place for partial payment. Who does this?. This is unscrupulous and unethical business practice. STAY CLEAR OF THIS SHADY COMPANY.
The clothes take months to arrive and came in one at a time - ordered 20 items. Then not one single thing fit - sizing completely inaccurate and random as well. This includes shoe too - most too small, but some too large. Sent weeks of emails asking to return. They won't give a return address. Then offered me 15% money back and would send Fabric so I could alter myself! Eventually offer a super deal of 25% money back & started the whole too expensive to ship back to China trip. This is only true thing they say - too expensive to return to China - at least 1/2 of what I paid them. So their website is a spoof; as is the easy returns and customs satisfaction write up! Just copied some Western website - no idea where they get these pictures because the cheep fabrics and workmanship could never produce what's seen in the pictures. Super disappointing and total aggregation. Beware!
What you pay for and receive is NOTHING like what the pictures look like and there is no way to return anything. BEWARE
Returning an item requires so much of your time and it MUST be done within 14 days. Their shipping takes a long time to get to you, but they expect an immediate return. I've written to them about my return and two days later, I still don't have their instructions for where to send the item. There are lots of places to shop. Go to one of them for better customer service!
Ordered more than a month ago. Two shirts only one of which arrived. Its shoddy material, looks kind of like the scrub shirts I used to wear in the operating room. None of that lovely flowing stuff you see in the ads, Steer clear! For me this was a lesson learned - buy local. Or look at reviews before you buy from these scammy Chinese sites selling junk. The ads and pics are fetching, but have little to do witn the product received.
This company is a fraud. I ordered shoes on 5/1/2019! It is almost 3months later and I still have not received them. They do not answer emails and they told me it has shipped, and that was two months ago. The tracking number does not work it is fake and there is no other way to contact the company. They STOLE my money!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Ishould've needed to the horrible reviews they received. My first order was perfect... I didn't mind the wait because I knew how these overseas companies in China work. So. I placed TWO more items in late May, early June and STILL HAVEN'T RECIEVED a complete order. One item was "discontinued" and charges were to be reversed to my credit card. Needless to say this has not been done. I have sent over TWENTY EMAILS trying to rectify the issue and to no avail. They just kept going back and forth... inquiring which items were not received... OVER AND OVER AGAIN! I would advise you to contact your credit card company after 2-3 weeks after placing your order to have the charges reversed. In addition, I am contacting the Consumer Protection Department of my state to step in and review the i ILLEGAL practices of this clothing company.!

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
