NEVER BUY FROM THEM

The items that a ordered took over a month to arrive do to back orders! When I finally received them they were made very cheaply and the material was of poor quaility. I returned all but two items. Weeks later shoes arrive also of poor quality. Ire turned them to the address on the package not knowing that on there website there was instructions. Shipping cost me 1/2 the price of the shoes and they were repackaged and returned to me with no instructions as to where they shoes ha e gone. The final blow happened with a string of emails in which they couldn't understand that I wanted an exchange. Finally the last one said I couldn't exchange them because it was past their refund date! What ever happened to good customer service? It would have cost them nothing to exchange them a get a good review!

I ordered a dress from this company. It arrived after 10 days and was very poor quality. The fabric is flimsy and it was poorly made. It only vaguely resembles the photo. You can see in the attached photo that the stitching is weak and parts that belong on the inside are on the outside. Each time I email for return information I get an error message. After 2-3 tries, someone replied to the email. When I replied back, an error message. I have yet to get the information to return the very bad dress.

I never order however I know of others who have, and they are still trying to get reimbursed. I will never order from this deceitful company because as I viewed the website, the pictures appeared to have been taken off of another company's website. These phony Chinese company are popping up everywhere ripping American Citizens off and the American Government should not allow this. No, I will never order from them, Annie Clothing none of them... Buyers Do YOUR Research!

Items are NOT as advertised-took months and when the products did arrive they were a joke. Cheap, shoddy, weird sizes and I did not receive one item that I ordered. I should have read the reviews first. Tho you will see some obviously FAKE reviews from people that don't speak English and do a laughable job of translating...

Just received 5th item I'd ordered - the others were of cheap quality and the colours nothing like the ones in the photos.
Today though the dress arrived - unfinished hems and looks awful.
The returns process is so difficult and costly though - do not shop!

Buyer Beware!

This company is a scam. They appear to be in the US, but are in China, so returns are costly. I ordered 4 things. Never received any confirmation email or receipt. Emailed 3 times asking for confirmation and got no response. Then 5 weeks later,, 2 items arrived but they are not the same as pictured, not even close. They aren't linen, they were cheap material, poorly made, just hideous! Another item arrived 2 weeks later, same problem. The 4th item still hasn't arrived, now 7 weeks since order was placed.
RESOLUTION: I opened a dispute through PayPal. If you paid thru PayPal - do this immediately! They do not pay attention to NoraCora's 15 day return policy. PayPal got me the address and got it translated into English so I could ship back. PayPal even credited me $30 for shipping. When I went to the pist office, the cost was quoted at $74 to mail back with a tracking number - something you must provide in order to get your refund. That's part of the scam. It costs so much to mail back, people just give up. I opted for getting a US Customs number and took pictures of the mailed package at the post office. It cost $23 instead of $74. I provided the US Customs tracking number to PayPal and am waiting for my full refund. Bottom line - don't buy from NoraCora! But if you already did, then fight it thru PayPal or your CC company!

I ordered what I thought was going to be as pictured. Cheap crap, polyester fabric. Didn't look like the picture. Pants are MADE CHEAP and too small. I have yet to receive my complete order. 3 weeks now. Lesson learned... too bad. Stupid

Nora Cora does not have the look of a Chinese clothing company and I foolishly didn't check for country of origin before ordering. Their "size 3X" turned out to be more like a U.S. size small or medium at best. Even if you go by their sizing chart, the sizes are still TOO SMALL. Returns are all but impossible. This company is only out to take your money and run.

Poor quality

Wish I had read the reviews before buying. I ordered 5 items, they all came very quickly.
I kept one item and gave the rest to The Goodwill Charity shop. Nothing was the same as the photos. I wanted them gone out of my sight and chalked up the $100. Loss to my stupidity. Lesson learned.

This is a Scam!

The clothing photos looked exactly like the clothing that I buy from J. Jill but it is nothing like this. It is cheap because it is cheap! The sizing is waaaaayyyyy off. I usually wear a 2x and my daughter that wears a Large could not even fit in the 2x clothing that was sent to me. The material is thin and not linen... different blends of junk. It took a month to get to me and I was sadly dissappointed that of the 5 items I ordered not one of them fit. Not worth the return to Asia. BUYER BEWARE!

Scam - stay away

I can't believe I fell for this- ordered lovely linen pants and got transparent cotton and polyester with bad seams. The one time I didn't look at reviews! Stay away! When I tried to ask about returns, they said they are in China and it is international shipping and there may be customs fees. They will give me 15 percent of the cost in cash instead to "alter the cloth" if there was a sizing issue (!?) Let my mistake be a lesson- don't do it!

I waited over a month for my items. When they arrived they were sealed in plastic wrap and wreaked of chemicals. The fabrics are not linen as advertised. They were so cheap looking and ugly. On trying to return them, the company said that since they are coming from China, shipping costs would be costly for me and they could offer me a 15% cash refund for them. This company is a scam and needs to be shut down.

Dress advertised as linen and it's cheap polyester. Read reviews immediately after ordering and cancelled order within 5 minutes. Policy says if cancelled within 24 hours full refund. They sent the item anyway and will charge 15 percent "restocking" even though item is not as advertised. DO NOT OR

The pants I received were in a very different fabric from the ordered on, the style had the bottom of the legs in backwards. As others have said it took far longer to arrive than expected and the tracking number given washout of service. This is not an honest company, it appears they make something when an order comes in... with what ever is availlable... seems like they a copying some classy woman clothing company. I would not shop with them

The pictures and descriptions of clothing on the website in no way match the clothing I received. I'm $350 poorer and feel like a deceived fool. Beware the return policy: you will pay shipping to China and also a 15% restocking fee, and good luck seeing 1 cent of your original payment.
