I fond this page, i have buyed a fancy dress for my birthday, it is so similar to the page photos, the quality its not the best, but i admit that for that price i was aware, but isn`t bad at all

Got email saying no refund because had to send back to China. After much back and forth with no result, I got my credit card company involved. They (credit card company) refunded my $ with interest. Will NEVER buy from NORACORA again!
Bought several items -saw the warnings afterwards and cancelled order right away. Some of the items where sent anyway all poor quality wrong sizes nothing like pictures. Other half of order cancelled refund on those items- tried to send back received items only to find out it would be $130.00 to return to CHINA WHAT!

I love to look a like some fashion celebrity, so always look for the perfect copycat clothes, and here i find it, the quality its ok, nothing to die for, but it is cute and its all i want.
Customer service is unsatisfactory. Service and delivery of items is slow. 5 items ordered 4 different packages. Return and exchange policy is very difficult to manage. The system is so confusing and difficult to work with they hope you give up or do not comply so they do not have to complete the process. Reach out via email and give all pertaining information and then respond with questions on what information already in email. You have limited time and I believe they hope to run out the clock. Poor way to run a business.
If I could give less than one star I would.
This is a wonderful store that... I love! It never fails to let me surprised, and I would definitely recommend for others to come and purchase from this site. I would go back!
Like others have said, this clothing, if it actually arrives, is counterfeit. I ordered a blouse that looks beautiful in the photo on their website and was very affordable. I found the true photo of the blouse that noracora used on the Nordstrom website. The pattern is close but that's all that is. The fit of the knock-off is poor; the colors are awful and the material is really cheap and entirely different from the chiffon in the photo. The knock-off was a fourth of the cost of the Nordstrom original, which proves once again that you get what you pay for. I would not take a chance on a company that steals from its customers and other companies. I DO NOT RECOMMEN

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! So disappointing! I bought 6 items and 5 did not fit. The sizing was all wrong -- some too large, some too small. And the quality is terrible: photos show a heavy linen fabric. What I received was thin cotton-ish material you can practically see through. Returns are impossible which is what they count on -- refunding pennies on the dollar. A complete rip-off. Taking these to Goodwill today. Caveat emptor.
Worst customer service ever. The return window is 15 days from delivery and they stall you by not recognizing your order, or your order number and once you are beyond that window, you are SOOL. Do not buy from this site, it is nothing but a headache. The merchandise does not match the description and is poorly made. Donating mine to charity so I get some satisfaction. DO NOT BUY HERE. Majority of reviews are one star.

I ordered 2 dresses on this store and i was insecure about the sizes with all the bad reviews. All i can say is follow the size chart! Im usually a (M) Medium size. I took all my mesures and following the chart i ordered 1 medium and 1 dress in L. Guess what they all fit! All you have to do is follow the chart even if its annoying! About quality you get what you pay for.
I ordered three blouses, after reading reviews about size I ordered them three sizes larger than normal. I wanted the blouse to hang loose so three sizes larger I figured would give me that fit. They arrived a month later (the tracking info did not work) the material was cheep, they were tight. I contacted the company for return procedures, I was told that since it had to be shipped back to China there would be possible problems and that it may take a couple months to get my money back. I was offered a 25% refund which I accepted (this can take up to a month) This is a lesson learned, buy local. China is not to be trusted when it comes to product quality and customer service.
This is a total rip off - I advise everyone to not shop with NorCora - they lie, they won't tell you they're in China so there's no phone and no chat even though they say there is, they steal your money with a litany of different statements about how "easy" refunds are (they're NOT), the fabrics are cheap and not what their site says they're made of, and I got sick with a headache as soon as I opened the packages because of the heavy duty chemical smell. Please save yourself a huge hassle and don't buy anything from them. I just saw some of their items on Amazon, which of course has a wonderful and easy return policy, though the cheapness of the fabrics and the smell prevents me from ordering even from Amazon.
I love it All the things I purchased came in good condition. When I had a problem with one dress end up being out of stock they told me I could reordered it and wait for it or have my money credit it to my wallet so I may use it towards another purchase. I have not had a bad experience with them yet

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
