If NORACORA or Fashionweb put out the clothes and shoes they portray on the website it would be a good business. It's awful, cheap and very disappointing. Trying to return it is a nightmare so they offer a 50% reduction knowing you'll take it because sending the clothes back to China is difficult and expensive. They ship piece by piece so Paypal gives you a short time to ship it back and so you're stuck waiting for all of it to arrive. It took over a month to receive everything so I took the 50% off. I donated the clothes and shoes to Goodwill.

I ordered a hooded sweater from this site and after 4 weeks it finally showed up. It does not look anything like what I ordered and the knit fabric is completely different too! The color was wrong as well. I attempted to return the sweater only to be told I had to pay shipping back to China as well as customs fees. They offered me a refund of 15% which ended up being just over $3.00. This company is a bait and switch mess and mail fraud would not be too hard to find.

I ordered 2 items on oct 5, and 3 weeks later had not received my order, was told one was on its way. When I received the item, a jacket, it was horrible quality and material. I went onto the site and asked for an address to return the item, i got a runaround response asking for more information. I gave the information, and received the same email back. I demanded a return address, and was told they would give me 15% of what the item was worth, in spite of advertising on their site that said "easy returns", when I demanded the return address and threatened to report them, they responded that they would give me 25% of the charge to "avoid the hassle of return". I received a text message from them, and when I called the number, it was not in service. Biggest scam ever, shame on them, I'm super careful now!

I paid $35.00 to ship back useless cheap quality items to China.
Sent proof of shipping and months later they have yet to send me a refund!
They tracked the customs delivery to China but claims they are still waiting on the items and "then they have to check them"
This "easy returns" on their website is a big scam. I should have taken the percent off they offered me but I spent $120 on totally useless items.
They were nothing like the pictures on the website. My arm couldn't go through one top and overall just really cheap looking!
How can we stop companies like this?

I didn't realize that this company was located in China. I took over 2 months to get my partial order. I ordered 4 items and got 2 but but was still charged for the 4. I ordered small and these sweaters would fit someone who wares large. One of the sweaters was nothing like it shows on the models such a flimsy knit. I'd send these back but it would cost more in postage than the sweaters are worth! I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered from them!

Now i am the one more victim of their scam.
My order was placed 3 months ago and I never received the item. I received a response with a tracking number which was connected to nothing. When comleted the section for viewing and tracking the order it says that is in transit. There is a message advising to check the tracking number for updates. But nothing is there, the history is cleared. I emailed their customer service... and "nothing is more helpful" than an automated response from them. That is how they want us to give up. What a waste of time and money.
I hope that all they do will end soon. There are other ways to just look at the photos with nice clothing and not throwing the money away.

P.S. Those 5 star reviews with glowing comments are so so fake. They should do it without being so obvious... and funny..
