Many customers express disappointment with items not matching online representations, leading to frustration over returns and shipping costs. Overall, while there are loyal customers who enjoy certain products, the prevailing sentiment suggests a need for improvements in quality control and customer support to enhance the shopping experience.

I notice when reading the reviews that all the bad reviews has pictures attached, but the good rating which are 5 star ratings don't. SCAMMERS when trying to fake a rating at least mix it up so it don't look so ovious
I have ordered products twice from this company and have not received a thing. They offered to refund me only 10% of the purchase price, and that's all. So, I am out for the total purchase price with nothing to show for it. Buying beware!
I posted this as a comment also - I contacted PayPal about a refund and told them this is a scam and the scammers offered me 20% back. So I escalated to PayPal and they said to return the junk to China 'in original condition ' for a full refund. So out of curiosity I decided to find out if that was even possible and the English version of the return address isn't even in the UPS system because IT'S A FAKE ADDRESS! Why am I not surprised. So I wrote back to PayPal again and I'm waiting to hear. So far I can say I'm seriously disappointed in PayPal and I've only been using them without complaint for well over a decade. I'll post again when I hear from PayPal. It wouldn't surprise me if the Chinese language version of the return address is correct so the scammers can claim to have the correct address - knowing full well that most non Chinese speakers would never be able to duplicate it.
Honestly - if this stuff was at the dollar store nobody would buy it - it's unbelievably bad - total crap! I am embarrassed i paid $130 for this complete and total junk and there is no way to return it. If there was a negative 5 star review possible these people would get it! You'd be better off taking your money and lighting it on fire or putting it through a shredder - at least then you wouldn't have put it in the pockets of these scammers. All I can say is: DO NOT PATRONIZE!
Warning! Don't be taken... I Found out too late! Noracora from China, displays beautiful photos of clothing which are used to lure you in. They send you an extremely cheap, sprayed fabric version of the sweater, or top. Five items I ordered are extremely disappointing. So much so, that I will likely just donate them. Hindsight, I wish I had searched online reviews before buying. And sending items back would be too expensive.
In the photos below is a comparison of what they sent for a lovely colorful knit sweater I ordered. I put up a photo of the actual item vs their photo of item you think you're getting. Items come in a thin waffle weave polyester cotton, cheap washcloth type fabric.

This company is a total fraud. They use pictures from legitimate sites and mail inferior garbage that is an insult to any patron. It would have been far better if they hadn't sent anything, as I disposed of the clothes in the trash where it belonged.
I am embarrassed that I did not research this company from CHINA. I ordered a coat, turned out to be total JUNK. A sweater that is a polyester print (JUNK). A pair of leather boots and a pair of leather shoes that were plastic JUNK! They advertise and then rip off beautiful designs and replace with JUNK! Do not waste your money!
I email them several times and no response. I spent 100.00 and still haven't gotten my things. Ohh well do not order from them it's a scam.
Scarves & Shawls are made from teeshirt material with sewn edges when the pictures show knitted construction. Colors are printed on, not woven, and are not colorfast so they would ruin anything they come in contact with. All of the products I ordered have a very strong chemical smell. Lesson learned. Even though they are inexpensive, you don't get what you pay for here.
Pictures from the website on the left and what was received (4-6 weeks later) on the right.
Totally cheap junk! And wrong size! What I received was cheap, printed flannel, not the knit I was supposed to get! When I called them for a refund, they scammed me again! Never got a refund! They charged gift cards to my acct. For almost $2000. 00, which, thank goodness for my cc card's fraud dept., I don't have to pay. Do NOT deal with them at all!
Ret to China. Csr response for return ship fee incl cust fee. Offer15% cash refund instd of ret item.

Hopefully other victims can be protected. The scam is they send things that don't remotely resemble the photos of their products and then offer a 25% refund or return charges that exceed the value of the item. The website needs to be shut down.
***WARNING ***I ordered the first time from this company and it will be the LAST! And you will wait a month or more for your purchase. Online they show really nice clothing haha when you get it, it looks nothing like the picture their advertising... save your time and money!
Outrageous bait and switch operation. They have pictures of high end clothing and accessories that they lift from other websites like Sundance etc., then they appear to somehow *photocopy* the design onto a cheap polyester material and voila - noracora's impression of whatever you saw in the picture. Forget getting your money back. The picture I am attaching is supposed to be a yarn knitted sweater coat. As I said it appears to be some kind of a superimposed computer generated photo of the actual sweater coat (from another legitimate website) that's been imprinted onto polyester. Unreal crookery!
As said, you find clothes that are not in other stores and at very good prices. I have made several purchases with them and they never disappoint. Excellent customer service.
Noracora has a nice looking website with items photographed well and at good prices. Customer service and quality of clothing is not up to par. Very cheap quality clothing and shoes. When I tried to return them I received an email that was not personal to my inquiry for returns but a generic one that discourages you from returns based on the fact that the company is in China. Then they proceeded to ask for the usual item number, what merchandise it was etc that was to be returned. I sent that information and received an email asking me for the same information all over again along with the generic email. Finally a person writes me and offers 10% of my purchase price to alter the clothing. I wrote back that while it may be possible to do that in China for $9 it wouldnt begin to cover that cost In the US and there is nothing you can do to alter shoes that are too small. I sent that and got back the generic email again. So once more I resent my email about the alterations. I then received an email offering a 20% refund. By this time I realize this is not worth my time and lesson to me to research a company better before I purchase. I agreed to this as some
Money was better than none and haven't seen a dime of the 20% refund. Don't buy from this company at this time. They have some serious work to do to compete in today's market.
Clothes is not what it appears to look like online when viewing. Poor, cheap quality. Sizes are not true to size. Ended up donating everything I bought. Very disappointed.
Item was disappointing but it cost too much to return. Poor quality. It was a fake fur, looked darling in the online photos. Not so much when I got it. I had to follow up multiple times on the shipment too.
Items arrived and looked nothing like pictures, sizing charts are incorrect. What looked like summer pants arrived made out of a felt type material. Returns/refund process is impossible, too expensive to return so they offered to keep the crap they sent and get a 20% refund. That was 3 months ago to date nothing. Last email said they had sent and I have requested further information date and amount. Have had no reply. Just don't do it save the grief and hard earned money.
Very professional in this boutique, they changed the size of my boots and the service has been perfect. Thank you!
I was pleasantly surprised that the dress fit me the way I wanted it, good clothing and very good-looking. It came quickly. I am very grateful and confident in this boutique.
Answer: My thanks to all commenters here. You just saved me from an expensive mistake!
Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.
Answer: I am in the same situation. I can't get the return form. Do you have the correct return address? They don't respond to me. Thanks!
Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
Answer: MAJOR SCAM... THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES
Answer: What's the difference?! I emailed and you won't do a single thing about it! This place is a scam and are THIEVES! The clothes are cheap nasty crap with the sizing totally off! I'm completely disgusted! The stuff has to go back to CHINA! And pay customs costs! ABSOLUTELY DEPLORABLE ESPECIALLY AFTER Covid! You people disgust me! Shop at ACTUAL stores people, avoid scam places like this!
Answer: Yes they are scammers. Multiple sites. If the models have no heads, site is not legit.
Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
Answer: Yes yes and yes! Crappy clothing that you have to send back to China which is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. Lesson learned!
