This is the first place I go to find a dress for my occasions. I have purchased 5 items and have been more than satisfied with your customer service and CLOTHING! I recommend giving the product a LIGHT warm plate to make you feel better when you try it for the first time. Don't forget that it has been packaged, so the creases will be present and will affect the way it sits on you (you may need to use an ironing towel on top, depending on the material of your purchase).
I ordered some shoes from noracora and they did not look like what was online. So Ugly! I called customer service and they told me several different ways to get a refund. If you do decide to return it goes to China and I would get maybe $2 back. So I took the offer of 1/4 of a refund and I keep them. I will not order from noracora again.
My order was incomplete, the clothing was cheap, and I don't have a return label. However, the jewelry was nice for the price.
