Now, I have to report them to international consumer agencies. They don't even respond when you contact them. Why can't companies just be legit?
I bought and paid for 8 items 12/23/19... the first 2 were received within a few weeks. Quality ok. Another few weeks (and several emails to them) and two more items arrived - a dress that was nothing like described and a blazer that was at least 4 sizes smaller than marked. Another email to customer service asking for refund/exchange info... and status of the rest of the items that hadn't arrived by mid March. No response... and still no receipt of the other three items and here it is almost mid-May. Totally horrible experience.

The clothing you see on the website is NOTHING like the garbage you will receive. You will then complain, and they will offer you a small percentage refund of what you actually paid. I fought this, I fought PayPal. PayPal inexplicably continues to work with this fraudulent company. I returned a package of foul smelling, chemical laden, cheap garbage clothing to China at considerable expense. The address Noracora provided was no good. The only reason I got a refund was my registered dispute with PayPal. Noracora failed to respond. I ended up losing about $40 USD. Avoid, avoid, avoid. I consider myself a savvy shopper, and the ads make their clothes look appealing. What a scam!

I am extremely disappointed in this company. I looked at their clothes, found a few tops that I liked and placed my order back in January of this year, it took longer than expected to have my order arrive, it took a month to be exact. Once it arrived I tried them on right away, they were way to small and the fabric was to stiff and uncomfortable. I took them to the post office that same day and sent them back, I also wrote them a message letting them know I was sending my package back. It is now May 8,2020 and I still haven't received my refund from my return. They have horrible customer service and their clothing is stiff and uncomfortable. I could barely move once I got the shirt on. I will Not be recommending this company to anyone. I'm extremely disappointed and upset at my experience.
November 2019 I purchased 3 sweaters and a pair of shoes. They told me they would all be shipped at separate times. I received 3 of the 4 within a month. I started to email customer service for the last sweater missing and they sent me back the same shipping message that I got when I first purchased the items. 3 more times over 3 months I emailed them and finally received a broken worded email about a problem with the shipping and it will be sent shortly. That was 2 months ago. To me it's not worth it. The items I did receive were poor quality.

The photos of their merchandise is vastly misrepresented from what you receive, If you receive it. I ordered items March 19th, and it's May 7th and still waiting for one item. Items look embroidered in photos, they are not, but cheaply printed on, some details look like magic marker. Shoe's look like dollar store shoes not even glued all the way around foot bed. Everything was a disappointment.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
