Let's start with the fact that I ordered enough products to receive free shipping. I was still charged shipping expenses and had to write to them to have it refunded.
Next: the pants that I ordered I had measured myself to get the correct size, yet the 2 pairs of pants were too short-they were capris.
3rd: I placed my order in mid April in order to receive it in time as a birthday present. The orders started arriving 3 weeks later, and I'm still waiting for the last of them... it's been 7 weeks now and the birthday has long passed. THANKS FOR NOTHING, NORA CORA!

Cheap crap - will never buy this again. Poor quality. Buttons fell off after first washing. Sewn poorly with loose pieces of thread everywhere. Fabric not what expected. And I waited 2 months for this? Don't waste your money. They have a good photographer, though.

Warning: do not order these products, as they are nothing like the photos advertised. Extremely cheap fabric and poor workmanship. Also grossly incorrect sizing. All items are at least 4 sizes smaller than advertised. My daughter and I ordered 4 items, one with beautiful embroidery on the front of the top. When the shirt arrived, a full month after ordering, it was not embroidered but cheaply painted design on a paper thin fabric in an offensive color! No return instructions are provided, because returns are not possible. We called a customer service number we found on this site, and the man who answered rudely demanded that we install a virus software on a computer to enter all of our personal information to see if it would be considered. Please be warned! No company would ever require software to be installed on a computer to return merchandise. He was very adamant that this could not be done on a cell phone browser. When I questioned him he screamed and hung up on me! I called back and he was even more rude and inappropriate. I gave my bank the information on this crime to try and recover our $67 mistake! Do not order, under any circumstance.

Sizes are too large. Quality of material is very poor/cheap appearing. Filled out return form on two orders with no response from NORACORA. I like most of above reviewers didn't read reviews first. I won't waste anymore time with NORACORA trying to return items to costly China. Probably just sell at a garage sale. BUT... I AM DONE ODERING FROM NORACORA OR ANNIECLOTH. Their lack of response has cost them a customer.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!

Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
