After 30 days of emailing back and forth and receiving fake tracking numbers, I had the charges reversed on my credit card. Added 6/10/2020- I have received at least 3 e mail replies through Sitejabber from this company saying that the tracking number was god and it is still on its way, now over 2 months, and the new tracking numbers which I am not going to try because I don't trust them and will not go to some unsolicited sight and possibly get a virus on my computer. They, Ren S., asked me to remove this negative review, which I will not. No product sent, I have told them 4 times now I already received my credit from my credit card company last month, and told them to stop harassing me with their e mails and I also blocked them from my e mail address.My original review stated:
I AM SO TIRED OF E MAILING YOUR COMPANY. I CAN ALSO SEND YOU EVERY E MAIL REPLY WITH ALL THEIR BS AND LIES YOUR STAFF HAS TOLD ME.
Given me fake tracking numbers, telling me it was sent, then it was not sent, then after they sent me the tracking number and I replied it was fake, the next e mail said when they send my dress they will send me the tracking number.
Look great on the models don't be fooled. Return policy hard and shipping is to China.
The 3/4 length pants hit me below my ankles. The shirts had low quality fabrics.
The only thing I liked was the free headband and a $2. Sink strainer that I took to a clay studio to use that didn't work in the home kitchen sink. The shoes were a poor quality of leather.

Don't trust this company. I ordered a pair of blue sandals on April 10th of this year.
It's now June 1st and still no sandals. I have emailed NoraCora 6 times and received back
Pretty much the same reply each time..."Please be patient!"
"Your grey sandals (I ordered Blue!) are on the way."
"You can't cancel your order once it's shipped."
This behavior turns me right off ordering anything on line. Stay away from this bunch!

Items barely resembled the pictures. Looks like they came from the dollar store. Nowhere on website did it say you paid return shipping to CHINA! This is fraudulent. I am contacting my credit card company to dispute. I am very upset with myself for not googling this disgusting company before ordering. I don't see how this is legal.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
