I placed an order for an item one month ago. I never received an order confirmation even though they were promptly paid. When I followed up via their website, I was given a bogus shipping confirmation number. All I learned was that the item had been shipped. When I complained (again via their website), I was told I would hear back from a customer service rep "within 48 hours." That was 6 days ago. And I still haven't received the item. Have lodged a formal complaint with PayPal. This company is a rip-off. Buy at your own risk!

I ordered over a month ago and the product has been in transit for over 2 weeks. I know that I am not getting my items and from the looks from these reviews if I do get the items, they will be worthless. I can kick myself for not looking into the company first.
