Avoid Buying

This site has cheap folding in accurate descriptions low quality terrible customer service and basically no return policy that is worthwhile. You're taking a great risk shopping on this site. I would never recommend it and wished I never ventured!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I've sent several emails and messages with very little cooperation. They think I'm stupid and don't know how to track an order. Want updated tracking information or product to arrive. If this is not able to be done, I want a refund. I'm in contact with the Better Business Bureau to help me resolve this issue.

Scam! STAY AWAY

They take your money and never ship, or ship rags after six weeks. No customer service. Cannot cancel, change, or return. Also dba Lilicloth, probably others. Credit card fraud department notified but no reversal allowed. If you ordered, your money is gone.

Terrible quality

I ordered three items and just received the first one. The add showed a nice gray top with black stars on it. What I received was a gray top that had blue dots and lines on the black stars. The quality was terrible and did not look at all like the advertisement. They were willing to give me a refund of 15% of my total cost and told me it would cost me too much to return it to China. In other words they give you 15% off and your stuck with a piece of junk

It's been 44 days since I placed my order. They advise it's too late to cancel, because it shipped. It still has not landed in the US. These sites appear to be in the US, and only after ordering can you determine you are ordering from another country. This MUST change.
