Bad bad company!

I ordered 178.00 worth of summer clothing from my last paycheck from work before being laid off due to Covid-19 May 5. It's now June 22 2020 and I haven't received my order nor is there a phone number to call. Tracking numbers don't work. Bogus company. Stay away!

I purchased several items that arrived weeks late, made of poor quality fabrics, poorly made button holes, cheap buttons. I tried to return items, I sent them to the address I was told to send them, I still do not have my money back! They sent the wrong colors fir the items I ordered too.

I ordered items and it took over 6 weeks to get the partial order. Colors of blouses are so off from what is shown on the website. After 7 weeks I am still waiting for balance of my order. Looks like it is a company in China that takes order and then ships. Do not order from them.

I placed an order 2 shorts 3 shirts ar the end of May and still have not recieved any of my purchases! The same day they we're quick to take the money out of my account... They credited me back to my card for 1 shirt. And when I emsil them all they do is send me formal letters... I've requested on numerous occasions for a refund... and I can't even track the order... The most amazing online store, after trying some others, I can say that this is definitely my favorite. Its materials and adjustments are super comfortable and are exactly what the size says. Worst money I have EVER spent! It took almost 2 months to receive my order. My item looks nothing like the picture. Color is off and the so called embroidery Looks like it was painted on by a first grader. There is no embroidery.

NORACORA is a scam

NORACORA is a scam disguised as a website that sells women's clothing and shoes. The website says that they take returns, but they do not. The only way to contact them is by email. If you try to return something, you will repeatedly receive the same automated email over and over again. If you look closely at their website, you will not find a phone number or physical address. This is because they are not a legitimate company, simply a group of scammers. Don't waste your money or time!

I ordered 2 items over 40 days ago and have not received them. I have tried tracking the items but doesn't show they have been ever received by USPS. I have emailed customer service 4 times and each time get a "stock" reply each time stating that I should receive my items within 10 to 30 days even though i have explained that i have tried to track my items with no luck. I guess i can kiss my over 50 dollars away.

I am very disappointed with the products sold on this website. Items are of poor quality. Coloring on some of my items were completely off compared to what was advertised. Seizing chart is inadequate and someone actually changed the size of one of my items. To return and item is nearly impossible, very inconvenient. I will never order from Noracora again.
