Horrible company. Wish I had read the reviews first. I don't believe they have a single good review Im guessing the good ones they have are self generated. No company that does this should be allowed to stay in business. I intend to put this review on my blog as well. And send to all my insta followers. It has now been 2.5 months and no clothes received. They keep saying package has shipped but UPS has no record of their tracking no which is also a fake number and can't be tracked. They email immediately to ask you to take the review down and they will refund 20 % but I done believe a word of it. Do NOT buy from them!

But, believe it or not, that's not the worst if it! I can understand delays and slow packages, especially during this time, but BEWARE! There is NO WAY to communicate, talk to, message, call, this company. ONLY through a VERY ( I'm talking 3-4 days response) SLOW email write/wait for an answer system. It's like 1950s snail mail. To add insult to injury, the response is " Your package was sent. Please check the tracking.". There are NO updates on the tracking. I received one tracking note:"Your package was picked up in San Francisco on May 14,2020 at 7:34 pm". That's it! All this time - it's now June 22nd - and NO OTHER message in tracking. I called USPS; they said a company called Pitney Bowes picked up the package and, until they get the package from Pitney, they can't do anything. Called PB and they said it's in a mysterious warehouse with no way to track it. No phone number, no customer service saying "It's been missing quite a while. We'll be glad to find out for you." NOTHING. WORST shopping experience EVER and I'm 70 yrs old! Going on a trip this week; bought the item 9 weeks ago for my trip and am leaving without it. Buyer beware: pay more and shop with a REPUTABLE company that actually has a phone number for Customer Service or the ability to live chat. Oh and, as soon as you ship, you CANT get a refund even if you haven't received your package. DO NOT use this company. Maybe they send the package out so they can keep your money, BUT they won't take a refund of the customer should there be a problem. DON'T BOTHER PURCHASING FROM NORACORA!

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
