I ordered over a month ago and still have NOT received the merchandise. I was charged but cannot even track the package. This company is from China and that is NOT revealed when shopping. I'm not sure I will receive the merchandise. DO NOT order from them.

This is barely a legitimate company. They will take your money and a few months later send you rags. I have reported them to the BBB as have many others. Take a look at the language of all of the positive reviews. They were probably written by the company. DO NOT waste your money!

If you ordered one item from Noracora on May 8th, waited, made multiple inquiries regarding the delivery of this item, waited more, and it's now June 23rd and item has yet to arrive, would you ever order from Noracora ever again?! The answer is NO! By the way, the charge to my credit card was very timely. Disgusted and exhausted.

The quality of the clothes is incredible. Well done. It has a duration! My daughter loves to wear her clothes. But their customer service is incredible. They are real people: they respond, they are friendly, they are useful. You really feel like he's a friend on the other side trying to help you. That just makes it worth buying this site!

I am a first time customer of NoraCora. I ordered a cute blouse on 5/8/20. They processed my payment within a week and provided a tracking number. I'm still waiting to receive it. (Today is 6/22/20.) The tracking shows no updates for 3 weeks and says it may have been received in San Francisco on 5/18/2020 but was not guaranteed!
Customer service does not respond to emails asking for help.

Do not order from them! It has been a month since I placed the order and still nothing! Only received one email response after contacting customer service multiple times. Should have read the other reviews before placing an order. Shame *******@HGTV for letting such a third rate company advertise on their website!

Horrible company. Wish I had read the reviews first. I don't believe they have a single good review Im guessing the good ones they have are self generated. No company that does this should be allowed to stay in business. I intend to put this review on my blog as well. And send to all my insta followers. It has now been 2.5 months and no clothes received. They keep saying package has shipped but UPS has no record of their tracking no which is also a fake number and can't be tracked. They email immediately to ask you to take the review down and they will refund 20 % but I done believe a word of it. Do NOT buy from them!

But, believe it or not, that's not the worst if it! I can understand delays and slow packages, especially during this time, but BEWARE! There is NO WAY to communicate, talk to, message, call, this company. ONLY through a VERY ( I'm talking 3-4 days response) SLOW email write/wait for an answer system. It's like 1950s snail mail. To add insult to injury, the response is " Your package was sent. Please check the tracking.". There are NO updates on the tracking. I received one tracking note:"Your package was picked up in San Francisco on May 14,2020 at 7:34 pm". That's it! All this time - it's now June 22nd - and NO OTHER message in tracking. I called USPS; they said a company called Pitney Bowes picked up the package and, until they get the package from Pitney, they can't do anything. Called PB and they said it's in a mysterious warehouse with no way to track it. No phone number, no customer service saying "It's been missing quite a while. We'll be glad to find out for you." NOTHING. WORST shopping experience EVER and I'm 70 yrs old! Going on a trip this week; bought the item 9 weeks ago for my trip and am leaving without it. Buyer beware: pay more and shop with a REPUTABLE company that actually has a phone number for Customer Service or the ability to live chat. Oh and, as soon as you ship, you CANT get a refund even if you haven't received your package. DO NOT use this company. Maybe they send the package out so they can keep your money, BUT they won't take a refund of the customer should there be a problem. DON'T BOTHER PURCHASING FROM NORACORA!
