Hi. I ordered 4 tops from NoraCora. It took a month for 3 of the 4 items to arrive. I cancelled the 4th when they told me it had not yet been shipped. One t-shirt for $11. Was ok. My bill total was $81.06. I returned 2 of the blouses that were not made with the material in the pics AND were missing items. I sent NoraCora the tracking number from the USPO and then they sent me an email saying I should send my returns to china not san francisco. They started giving me the runaround and I've contacted the Colorado Attorney General for fraud. They are a nighmare to work with. They change their story and policy every day. Now they've offered me 15% of what they owe me. No f-----way. I wan t them shut down. DON"T BU? Y FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. If the site wants to contact me I have receipts, emails that are a joke, and garbage responses.

Supposedly my order was shipped on May 31 and as of July 1 I have not received it. I've written three times but get no response even though they say they will get back to me in 24 hours. Tracking doesn't work on their website. They took my money, I have no clothes. Do not order from them, clearly it's a scam. **update, they contacted me through Sitejabber when they realized I gave them a bad review. Nothing has been resolved. I did receive one item in the mail but they never shipped the second item. They have kept my money.

I placed an order with this company on May 7, it is now June 30 and I have only received one item. When I tracked the package it says it has been delivered, I assume that delivery notice is for the one top I received. There were approximately 13 items in my order. Still trying to get the rest refunded.

Got two products, and they are not like they are pictured, they are cheaper than cheap. I got a white blouse and a dress that looks cheaper than a prison dress... that thin and sewn with the threads still hanging, and so thin material and sooo much smaller than the size I ordered, You can't reach customer service, and can't return unless you pay more than the items to send them back to China.

Returns are impossible. Clothing is cheap and looks nothing like the pictures. Sizing is completely wrong: 2XL is actually a US medium. They offer you a 15% refund in lieu of accepting returns. If you see positive reviews, they are fake. I sent the junk back so I can't post a photo.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
