My wife recently purchased a dress from these crooks. They specified that it was made of cotton. When it arrived it was made of man made fiber. On asking for a refund they insisted that we ship the dress back to China at our own expense before issuing a refund - The cost of shipping would have wiped out the refund. These people know that you wont bother to go to the trouble and expense of returning your item and so get away with lying then taking no responsibility. Buyer beware!

I still waiting (10 days and was told another 7-12 business days) for my order to arrive so this review speaks to the delayed shipping time from this company. You need to search website and you will see they tell you orders take:
3-5 business days to process and

It took almost two months to receive 3 of my 4 items. I ordered one size larger as comments suggested that. They came in two sizes smaller! I contacted them to return and they said the return is to China and could take a very long time and suggested I take a 15% of price refund, keep the items, and use the money to have them altered.
One item was listed as cotton and was polyester.
Still have not received the last item.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I made my purchase about 2 months ago and have yet to receive my package. I tried contacting them by email and received no response until I told them I was going to post on the internet. Finally someone wrote back several weeks later and said my package was shipped. I replied saying that was not a guarantee of my receiving my purchase and asked for a tracking number. Finally they provided a "tracking site" which I have been monitoring for the past three weeks and the progress is ridiculous! So basically this is a horrible scam in my opinion. They were quick to take the money from my account but we're going into 10 weeks and nothing.
Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM this online site! You may end up like myself... no package, no legitimate customer service and/or contact information. When I wrote back to the person who finally told me my package was shipped and asked for the tracking number, shipper and estimated date of delivery - her response was "we do not have date". That was it folks! Save your money these people are horrible!

My new dress I bought here is exactly as I expected it to be.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them.
