If you're thinking about buying from this company BEWARE. THEY ARE A RIP OFF. I ordered 4 blouses. I got several emails about my order being on its way' but when I asked a question. I got the same computerized answer. When I finally received the order, I was very disappointed. Cheaply made, what was advertised as a cotton blend' was actually rayon/polyester. Nothing fit... everything was 2 sizes too small, which is false advertising because according to the size chart and measurements, everything should have fit. These wouldn't have fit a small child! I was going to return one of the tops that was purchased as a gift, however I would need to pay $11.99 to send it back, turn around and reorder for another $11.99 on top of the cost of the top, paying almost 3 times more than the original cost. I am filling a complaint with the BBB.

I am not sure how the operations of this company works. It appears they do not run a tight ship. I ordered a pair of shoes the end of May, received a tracking number on the 6th of June and the last travel log says they are sitting in Nevada since the 17th. The cost has already been charged on my card and paid for but the tracking number information hasn't changed since the 17th.

Excellent communication with this boutique to the end. I would suggest speaking with the transport company they hired since they did not knock on the door, so I had problems with my schedule and had to go and pick up my package at the post office. Someone was home for delivery at the time. It's not your fault, my whole order is great.

A tracking number said it was received over 4 weeks ago in California. I'm sure it doesn't take that long to get to Florida from California. Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
