This is the best of online shopping, buy in times of pandemic believing that it would never come, on the contrary, I got good quality in my dress and a fast service with an easy to follow process. The page is updated frequently and is also easy to read.
I suppose they will just change their name (again) when they continue to get negative feedback~took over 2 months on a very SLOW BOAT FROM CHINA from order to delivery~was delivered (finally) when I was on vacation and having my mail held, thus they claimed the 15-day return had passed~even though situation was explained (with a copy of my mail hold) they refused BOTH REFUND OR EXCHANGE-super-lousy policy, don't do it! Stuff looks super-cute on the size 0 model, but in reality its made cheap and flimsy and nothing fits as expected!
After I posted a bad review and complaints on sitejabber.com, Noracora did contact me and offer me a full refund, without even having to send the stuff back. I guess that's fair. Just wish it hadn't escalated to that point. But, I consider this an effort on their part.

The clothes look really cute online. On 7/2/20 I ordered three items. On 8/4, I received two of the items. I had ordered the same size on both shirts taking into consideration the measurements listed for the garments. One is slightly big and the other is super small. And, the too-small item looks like the stripes are woven in online - WRONG - it is printed on the shirt. Very low quality look. The third item is still processing. I e-mailed to get return information (their website does not include instructions) on 8/4. I included all the details, what I wanted-- return for credit the garment that was too small and cancel the third item that is still processing over a month later. Two days later I get a very generic form-ish email asking me to send them the information in a different format. The e-mail was a reply to what I sent already! I don't know if they are overwhelmed or there is a language barrier. Whatever the reason, I will never order from them again and I recommend you avoid ordering from Noracora at all cost. Oh, and btw, when I typed in the return address on the package in google, i found the lovely BBB Rating. The positive ratings on here are probably plants from the company.

I have had my comfy leather jacket on this website for some years. It is like new, which is a great color to mix with any of my clothes. I can wear it with black pants or go casual with jeans. I always get feedback when I wear it and it's a timeless piece. I also wear the many dresses bought here!

I would give them a '0' star rating if I could. The quality is beyond horrible. Items received did not even come close to the description or picture of the product. If you order something, do not expect the size, color, material or anything to be what you see or expect. When we tried to return they said we were past the 15 day window of their return policy and did not care about anything else. I think they count on this and take advantage of sending out garbage. If you want to throw your money away on something you will never wear - this is the place for you.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
