Shopping therapy

Since I live in a secluded area, but still need shopping therapy, I always buy clothes online here. Delivery is fast, the quality of the products is excellent, they also look like on the screen. I have recommended it to other neighbors now :)

It is not obvious, excellent store to buy online. Returns are very easy, a return bag is provided. Living in the middle of nowhere with rising gas prices, your package comes like magic! Amazing!

EVERY piece in the order was way too small - even the shirts that were ordered a size larger because I know things from China can run small. The shoes were too short, the blouses too tight and short... very disappointing. And then found out the return shipping goes to China and that it can take months to receive a refund. WILL NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN... lesson learned, and my advice is buyer beware.

All my favorite clothes I find in this online clothing store! I kept getting pop up ads from Noracora and the clothes looked like something I would wear. During this pandemic, you could not shop, except for online. What a mistake I made!

The quality of the product from Noracors is cheap, and was not to my liking when it finally arrived. No where did I see on their website that their company was in China, so shipment took over a month to receive, on top of that, their return policy is awful. They will take returns, but you have to make your request for a return within 15 days, which I did. You also have to state reasons for the return, item name, color, size, and then they may approve your return. You do not learn that they are in China and it is better to accept their 15% refund than to pay the shipping and any other fees they may tack on to your refund until you get to step 2 on the return process.

They also tell you that if you submit a request for a return and are unresponsive to their reply over 7 days, the issue is closed. I wasn't responsive but they were!

Never again will I buy outside of my own country. This tells me a lot about the company and their values. They should have been more upfront about where Noracora is located and their return policy.

The clothes that I ordered were nothing like in the picture. In the picture the shorts and dresses fit snug to the model(see comparison below). When the items arrived 6 weeks after I ordered them, they fit like trash bags. I was not able to return them because I was out of town for 3 weeks visiting my sister(the reason I ordered the clothes in the first place) when they arrived and NoraCora has a strict 15 day after delivery return policy. No exchanges. This is the worst clothes shopping experience I have ever had. Stay away. Nothing is as it seems online with NoraCora.

DO NOT BUY FROM NORACORA

It took 6 weeks to get my order. When it arrived, I immediately tried everything on. Even though I ordered the smallest size available, items were way too big. The quality of the items was horrible. My husband even asked me if they paid ME to take the items. When I tried to get a return authorization, they said I would have to pay the shipping back to CHINA!. They offered me a 15% refund to have my items altered to fit me. Nothing is as it looks in the photos. Don't be fooled.

COMPLETE SCAM - RUN AWAY

If I could rate NO STARS, that's what I would do. First off, I'm 100% guilty of not doing my research ahead of time... Kicking myself hard. The size charts are completely unreliable; after waiting 3 months(yep, you read that right) I was excited to finally get my clothing and of the 10 items I ordered, only 1 thing fit correctly. ONE out of TEN. That in and of itself is frustrating enough but then when you want to return something, you will be told that you are responsible for shipping costs AND customs fees. They will offer you a 15% refund in lieu of shipping items back because apparently the customs fees are THAT expensive. I feel like I have this company a large chunk of my money for nothing at all... HUGE waste of time, horrible customer service, and products that do not match US sizing. Way too risky to shop here - stay away!
