These is always my online clothing store. Every time I hear about a new style that I want or need, I will always take a look here first. It's really great with customer reviews, so it's much easier to know what you're buying compared to other online stores. I always recommend it to all my friends and every time someone asks me where I got my pretty earrings or shirt, I'll say here!

First of all, they don't disclaim anywhere they are based in China. There's no contact info or address except one email address. I ordered two shirts for my daughter's b-day thinking it would arrive in a week. It didn't. After contacting them by email twice I got automated reply with general info. After one month first shirt arrived and was missing a pocket that was supposed to be according to design. Second shirt still hasn't arrived. I don't think returning will be possible either, most likely you have to pay for return shipping yourself and hope they reimburse at least for the items, but very unlikely.

I never leave reviews but this warrants my time! I am extremely disappointed with my order. I purchased 8 items and only 2 of them are of decent quality and as described. The linen dress is not linen. It is cheap polyester. All of the items that are sized medium are very small and the dress that is sized as a large is humungous. I am unable to leave reviews because my email is not recognized.

Wow, where do I start? Avoid this company at all costs. The headline says it all. To add insult to injury, they make you list the SKU numbers even when you said the full order is being returned. Honestly, that's just chicken $#*!.

I ordered over six weeks ago and still no word or delivery. I contacted them via email, since there's no other option to contact them, without reply. I finally sent notice that I'm turning my issues over to the Attorney General for a full refund, and they wrote back "we will be in touch shortly". That of course will be in the documentation to the AG. There are too many really good shops that have wonderful reputations and ethical trading policies to ever consider this POS vendor again.

I received my order 6 weeks after it was placed. I received items I did not order and half of the items were way to large. I tried to contact them to ask for the return address. No luck. No phone number. I emailed them for ten consecutive days and they continually sent me a copy of the return policy but no address. Then they wrote to me and said it 15 days past the delivery date so I can't return anyway! Not only was the quality of the clothing pretty cheap due to this bogus return policy I will never order from them again

Tried to return

I ordered 2 pair of shoes that didn't fit properly so I tried the return them. I went to the return policy site and was sent a message stating in order to return they needed additional information. I sent the information, they in turn sent me the same message. I again sent the required information only to receive the same request about additional information( The same info I just sent). This went on several more times, in the end never was able to return items so I was out $66, needless to say I AM NOT HAPPY WITH NORACORA AND I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! Also I would never recommend them to anyone.

I'm hoping to save anyone else from the financial loss, poor service, terrible quality, cheap material that I encountered with my order. I ordered from NORA CORA and it took over a month to receive one dress, that arrived and approximately 1.5 months for the 2nd dress. It did not even resemble the photo of the dress I ordered. It is cheaply made... much like something a beginner 4th grader (10) year old would stitch. The sizing is incorrect, the color and style were totally different. I wrote right away, and they don't respond readily. I sent the dress back the day I received it... a month later... no refund. They wrote and advised it would cost more in shipping than my refund of 15% would even cover. I have written, contacted etc to NO AVAIL. This place robs you. By the way. There's a host of others with the same merchandise... like dearmyher.com. I'm experiencing the same "bait and switch" with them. DO NOT fall for their shenanigans. They also wrote me and offered me a full refund to remove my first review... I removed it. Guess what NO REFUND. Does this sound like BLACKMAIL to you? It should... it is! BUYER BEWARE!

One item arrived with a hole in the underarm seam. The pants were for a 6 foot model and large was obviously for someone who was a size 16 to 20. Wouldn't exchange because I waited until all the products had finally arrived - 2 months after I ordered them to contact them about sizing. Pictures looked great but buyer beware noracora is not for you. Shop local.

Waiting... waiting

My husband gave me money for Mother's Day, I used some to buy two shirts and a dress from Noracora. The estimated shipping was to take a month. It took two months to get the two shirts. When I opened it one shirt was the wrong color. At first I thought I'd just ordered two shirts that that were the same color ( one was a print one was plain) however one was labeled "blue" and the other "olive green". They are almost the same color and nowhere near blue. It is almost three months later and my dress has still not arrived, it is sitting in a warehouse in Atlanta.

Avoid this company

I still have not received the 2nd part of my order from June, 2030. It is August, 2020. With each inquiry, I receive an automated response describing their fast and efficient shipping, ha! I don't have my product, but they have my money!

Stay away from this company

1. The quality of the clothing is really bad. It is not even close to what they show in their website's pictures.
2. I was unable to find a customer service phone number in their website. RED FLAG!
3. Customer service takes forever to answer back.
4. Finally when customer service answers back, they use default emails not addressing your actual question.
5. Shipping and handling is more expensive than average. RED FLAG.
6. Merchandise took 15 days to arrive.
I had never heard of this company before, unfortunately I felt secure because their advertisements appeared in a website I used to trust. (Not any more, lesson learned). Before my purchase, I should have looked at the many poor reviews posted for this company

I ordered/purchased two dresses in May 2020. I received the items in July only issue was that I had been sent the wrong order Instead of two dresses I received only 1 dress that I had ordered and 1 tunic top ( which I did not order) after numerous emails explaining the companies error they are still insisting that I pay to return the tunic top to China! I have informed their customer service numerous times that I have no problem returning the item at their cost not mine as it is their error. They initially offered me 10% and keep the unwanted item - they are not willing to send me the dress which I initially ordered and paid for. At this present time they have offered me 30% refund! In essence do not purchase from this site you may not receive what you ordered, you will be out of pocket and will be stuck with the unwanted item!

Horrible

I tried to get information on a return at least 7 times since delivery. Have received the same e mail. We will contact you within 48 hours... Total BULL... Just want to return 2 dresses that totally do not fir based on their recommendations. Do not go near them... Awful!
