Horrible business- buyer beware-
First item I received was not like the photo, horrible material and very small-i wanted to return it but they discouraged me- saying that sending to China was a bad idea- so they credited my account 10%- $3.21!
Then because I ordered something else- before I had that horrible experience- the shipping was a drama nightmare and when I received mt package it was not what I ordered AT ALL! And now I am embroiled in a similar drama! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! It is just short of complete fraud!
I placed an order June 11th, a large order at that! It is August 11th, and I have still NOT received my purchase! This is ridiculous. Items are shipped from China, have to clear customs, yada yada, so not worth the aggravation. If I do receive my order sometime in the future I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN!
My Name is Debbie Harris. This is the 4th time I've written this n sent to Norecore. I ordered a size Large. U sent me a small, I sent it back, 12 $$. U then sent me a small I sent it back. U keep asking me for my order number n once again I'm sending it.
DO NOT order from this company. I placed and order May 3, it is now August 11 and I have 2 of the 8 items I ordered for summer. I asked the company in July to cancel my order and refund my money, they refused. I received 2 items and was shocked at the inferior workmanship. The sandals are plastic and the capri's look like a middle school novice in a sewing class made them. And they do not fit. NORA CORA is a scam company. Stay Away!
The first photo shows what they sent, not what I ordered! Completely junky, no-one-would-be-caught-dead-in-it, Not-a-speck-of-cotton-in-it, dress! There are only two reviews on their website, and you cant leave a review! In order to leave a review, you have to provide your order number; when you enter that number, an auto-response pops up with "you dont have any orders". They show beautiful cotton and cotton-blend clothing, yet what they send is not as pictured! The pictured replacement dress was the most expensive at $36.48. I have tried contacting them and they just send an auto-reply listing what you need to do to return an item. This place is totally fraudulent. Check out the better business bureau complaints! This online site's ads need to be removed, along with its website! If people were able to leave reviews, noone would make purchases.

I ordered $250 worth of clothing. I am a size 8-10. I ordered several large T-shirt's, shirts in medium to extra large, several summer (linen) pants, etc.
1) it took 3 1/2 months for my order to arrive
2) they got my order completely wrong mixed with a few of my orders so someone else has the rest of mine.
3) the material is HORRIBLE & smells like formaldehyde
4) I would have been better off ordering xxl not medium or large. The mediums would have fit a 10 year old.
4) return policy makes it almost impossible to return anything. I wound up calling my bank to get my $$ back.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I was really excited to see clothing I'd wear & hoping I found a new shop with good prices. WRONG.

They are cheaply made, see through poor quality material, and sizing is way off. Rather than even try to return these items, which will take another 3 months. I am going to give them away. Pictures do not look at all like the products. You get what you pay for I guess.

Yes to return an item is Unforgivable! You will not be taken care - even if all you want is an exchange or credit. The shipping is free but that's because it often takes weeks! It is not the customers fault if the size or item is incorrect or is long delayed in transit! Bite the Bullet Noracora! It is called:"The Cost of Doing Business"! Customer base is maintained and enlarged with this philosophy! All I wanted to do was get a $32.00 credit for an item that was lost in transit. My guess is that it was sent from China and customers not informed of the lengthy holdup because of Covid. I was ready to Gladly drop $125.00 and just wanted an applied credit! "NO! You did not get 'Authorization"! Really So I need you to tell me it is OK to return something... or else what! Please! SO many great products at the mercy of unsophisticated, ignorant distributors-who I am sure are making WAY more than the actual labor manufacturers!

I have already shopped online here twice and each time it gets delivered pretty quickly. The quality of all the clothes I brought is good, also the way my dresses were packed was really good, they really protect the products from damage during shipping. UNTIL HERE ALL GOOD :)

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
