I bought this coat from this online boutique, I was worried it was cheap and the quality terrible. I was completely in awe when the day came that I would do it and it was beautiful. I had to pay to fix the zipper because the zipper wouldn't go up and there was no hook on the back. That wasn't great, but it's great quality and I can't wait to use it.

I have written several requests to obtain the return policy information. So far, after two weeks and countless attempts, no response. There is no where to get a phone number to talk to someone.

It fits me perfectly, it seemed much more expensive than what I paid, I cannot say enough. I love this boutique!
