Call your credit card company immediately: STOP payment on items that are a misrepresentation. YOU paid for wearable items and junk arrived. They do not honor their own return policy. The Chinese are laughing all the way to the bank with your money.

Report them to your state's consumer protection Attorney General's office.

These are not nice people. They are foreign rip off artists.

Never received an item and the sales rep continued to respond to email requests stating they see it was mailed, dancing around the issue that it was not received nor trackable. They kept stating they wanted me to be satisfied but yet did not want to do anything different to make that change. I asked in all 8 requests to them to either remail the $22. Item, issue a refund to me or credit to the account. They continued to argue that they don't know what to tell me Except that it was mailed out. To check neighbors and post office. Of course that was done prior to reaching out to service. Excuses excuses. New customer is no longer a customer. Good service is a must. I found the dress on amazon, cheaper too! This dress was definitely not how Nora Cora pictured it on their website. I returned to amazon, good service on Amazon's end!

BEWARE! Not only did it take a month to receive the product, the quality was poor and sizing was not as represented on the site's charts.
Additionally, they say they are based in Sussex UK but items ship from China via California into the U.S. They did not advise me of the shipping date as they promised and I believe I only received the items as soon as I did. Because of the dispute filed with my credit card company.
They require payment to return items which is in dispute since the ENTIRE order was unacceptable.

They write the good reviews themselves! Ordered $138 worth of clothing. All but 2 shirts arrived After 6 weeks and many emails later and I couldn't believe what they were. Different fabric, color and size than ordered. Cheap shiny fabric in colors no one would wear! Some in sizes that would fit a 7 year old the rest would cover my car! I am convinced they have none of the items they sell and just substitute whatever they want. No phone number just email and replies are same forms over and over. Returns are to China and are very pricey. If they had the clothing they advertise it would be great but they do not! Photos are just one example. Supposed to be T-shirt fabric with white daisy but instead was shiny nylon with dingy blue daisy. No one would wear these clothes NEVER BUY FROM NORACORA!

Ordered 3 items that looked adorable on the website. Two months later, received two of the items. Cheap, cheap quality - dress ordered was like taking a kid's Halloween costume out of a package. Colors and sizes were off too. Received the third item two weeks later. Pretty color; awful quality. Went to return everything and was offered a 15% refund instead of going through the hassle of shipping back TO CHINA. We'll see if I really get a 15% refund. Stay away from Noracora!
