Ordered a shirt for my mother. Arrived after 4 weeks. I didn't realize they drop ship from China. The shirt was a small, but so big it looked like an extra large. Clearly sized wrong. I requested a refund and received a long, rambling email telling me that I had to pay for return shipping to Guangzhou, China and that I must respond to every one of their emails within 7 days or they would terminate my account and not refund anything. This is horrible/ non-existent customer service and should be avoided at all costs. The return shipping cost more than the cost of the shirt.
Horrible Service. I never received my product. I have never had this issue with any business in my past.
I went back and forth with them for months asking for my product or refund. They just kept saying was delivered. Never received either. I will never order or give any positive review of them. Presents for my grandchildren. They also will never do business with them. Consumers beware!
