I purchased 72.00 of clothing from Noracora. The chest portion of all their clothing run much smaller than the rest of the outfit. The return address on the package is in San Francisco, but as soon as you try to return anything, they want it sent internationally. It costs half of the entire order to return the items! Complete waste of money. I will never order from Noracora.
I ordered May 15th, confirmation said they are getting order together for shipping. Never heard again from them until August 8th in an email that the order is at post office and to go there to pick it up. I moved on July 17th, had a forwarding address on file. This package got forwarded, but I never received it. I contacted NoraCora, let them know, they just keep telling me to go to post office. I have gone to both Old and New post offices at least 4 times! Nobody seems to know where this package is. I demanded a refund from Nora Cora... all they tell me is to go to the post office. Terrible customer service! Never order again, don't even know why I ordered from them in the first place! Should have looked into them before I ordered... No I am out $133.00!

Every month I buy things in this online clothing store, they have many beautiful things and all the products I bought are as described. I always tell my friends about this store and they always like the things I buy here.

On May 22 I ordered a size 8 sandal off the Noracora website. On July 15th, ( Note: almost 2 months delivery time), I received a size 40 sandal. When I contacted the company, they offered a 15% refund and to keep the shoes. They would not pay for a pre-paid shipping label. They had the audacity to tell me they did send the right size even when I sent pictures of the size 40 on my foot. After weeks of emails back and forth, they finally offered 50% refund but the shipping to China that they expect me to pay, is more than the price of the shoes.
Please take time to read other reviews. Apparently the pictures they use do not depict the actual merchandise they send. The sizing is off, the quality is poor. Don't waste your money on this unethical company!

I ordered 3 blouses, each one arrived 3 sizes too big and 2 were not the color I ordered. I emailed that I would return all 3 items and was told I would have to pay shipping costs back to China (even though clothes were shipped from the state I live in) + customs fees. I was offered a 15% refund instead- which i accepted. Of course, I never received the refund on my paypal account. I donated the blouses to a thrift shop.
Will not be ordering from them again.

I buy cheap clothes on this website and sell them at my store, everything I have bought has been very good, and they give an incredible discount for wholesale purchases there!
I really like that all the clothes here are super cheap, the fabric of most of my blouses is a silk-like fabric that keeps you warm, this website really tries to please me!
I placed an order May 3,2020. I still DO NOT have my order. They still have not responded to my repeated requests for merchandise or refund. I have made over 30 requests for refund or product. Sick of it. Have given them so many chances before I contacted FTC. Now they will not communicate with me at all. I do not believe any of the positive reviews. If you read them long enough they begin to repeat. This company scared me enough that I got another cc. It is my opinion this is not a trustworthy online place to shop. BEWARE!

Answer: My thanks to all commenters here. You just saved me from an expensive mistake!
Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
