DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS - TOTAL RIP OFF! I ordered from NoraCora in July - after 4 months I had still not received my merchandise. After contacting them numerous times - and being put off by them each time- they finally came back to me and said their shipper had tried to deliver to me but couldn't so "destroyed the merchandise" so they would give me a 30% refund (and keep the other 70%). There was no delivery attempt, no delivery notice, no calls, no emails, no nothing. I'm attempting to get my money back from my credit card company, so we'll see. The message here is buyer beware - they are not an above-board company, and there are lots of reviews out there to substantiate what I'm saying. Shame on me for not doing my research before ordering from these guys - they've got highway robbery down to a fine science.
Ordered 4 tops. 2 fit, kind of. 1 too small gave to sister. The one I really liked was 2 sizes too big. After offering me several higher (each time) refunds. They finally agreed to replace the top if I paid the GST and returned the top. I did this, they asked where I had sent it, but I had used the reply address they supplies. First couldn't fine it, then said they don't do returns. I had this in writing. Next a refund went through for the item which was not what I wanted. I wanted the replacement top. They could see that this is what they offered in writing saying this was not policy. I finally gave up. Will ever deal with them again and could not recommend them at all. I bet this doesn't make it to their site.
