This website is probably the best online clothing store out there, it has a good price and always has great quality clothes. Shipping is great too! All the clothes that I have bought have a 100% perfect quality. However, what I like the most are the sales. Ordered a or of denim jeans. Had to pay shipping. Never got the jeans and they won't refund my money. Do not buy anything from this company. They won't resend my order even though it was returned to them by my post office. Address was not clear. They now tell me that they lost the package. I am out $25 and there's nothing that can be done. They are dishonest and disreputable thieves. I used PayPal, And am looking into starting a dispute with them.
I ordered 9 tops from them based on THEIR size charts for the US market. What a joke they obviously don't know the difference between a US size S and Chinese size S. The tops would fit my 7 yr old granddaughter. Received 5 tops that are way to small. Tried to exchange and they stated that I could keep the tops and they would give me a 20% refund on the tops and I could use the money to have the tops altered! The cost to send them back was $60 and when added to $150 that the tops cost as I spent enough to receive the free shipping of $29.99 I would have $210 into 5 and perhaps 4 more tops that I could NEVER wear. Save your money and buy American! It's well worth it in the end! As I write this review I still have not received 4 of the 9 tops! If you buy from this company, you do so at great risk of losing your money.

As of January 27,2021. The company finally refunded me for the LAST top that I had ordered back in September. So there is light at the end of that tunnel. Stay the course and you shall succeed. Just know that the tops are not sized correctly. Beautiful clothes just wished that they used normal Western size models.

I ordered a really cute pair of boots and was disappointed when they arrived.
They looked more like clown shoes rather than the cute ones online.

Warning warning warning. Please save yourself and DO NOT order anything from this horrible company. No matter what reviews you read. I lost $158 on the worst, cheapest clothing I've ever seen. The company is totally a scam and the clothing LOOKS NOTHING LIKE WHAT IS PICTURED ON SITE. I tried to return the entire order and after three emails this is the what "customer service" wrote back:

I purchased several sweaters and NONE of them looked anything like the pictures! The fabric was so poor, that the site is disingenuous with their product representation. I tried to return the items and they have only a 15 day return policy, so be sure to return you purchases asap or you're stuck with these janky clothes! Also, it took 2 months to even get the items once I ordered them! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
