Repeatedly, I tried to add a couple of things to my order and it kept giving me a new shopping bag rather than adding to the current shopping bag. Then it sent both shopping bags! Then when I received the order the quality of the items was unacceptable. When I was trying to return the items I was told that the shipment would be to China and prohibitively expensive. They offer a discount on another order to keep the current shipment --but why would anyone WANT More inferior products?!

Had multiple issues with the website
First time ordering from Noracora. Took a bit to get, but the clothes are very well made and look as seen on site. Unfortunately, 2 items I purchased did not fit. They will not do an exchange for a different size and I was told I have to pay for the shipping in order to get my money back. The shipping will cost more than the clothes, so now I am stuck keeping clothes that I will never be able to wear. Also, one of the tops I ordered was misleading. All the pictures portrayed a blouse under it, and once I received it, there was no blouse attached with it. I did not get my full order at the same time, so I pray the remaining items will fit, because I know I'm screwed if they don't.
Took much longer to receive than I would have expected, then I sent several inquiries and received NO response to any of them.

The "medium" ranged from too small, just right and large which was very frustrating. Also disappointed on the cut as the trousers were baggy round the buttocks.
Awful...the merchandise wasn't worth $2.30 let alone $23.00! The picture was very scamming because I did not receive the boots that we r in the picture. PLEASE STOP SENDING ME EMAILS EVERY 2 SECONDS!

The quality of clothes from this website is horrible, unless you like weird sizing, and itchy, smelly materials. To top it off, the return process is THE WORST! You have to send clothes back to China and pay for shipping AND custom fees. That's IF you can get them to send you a return authorization. All of that will take weeks, and probably cost more than half of what you originally spent on items! So I opted for the 15% refund! They intentionally make it difficult so you won't do it and just take the 15%. Learned my lesson! Hopefully you won't have to.

I completely understand your feelings. As our products are shipped from our fulfillment center in China so the return country is also China. We are currently working to resolve the issue to own our overseas return warehouse and also improve our products.
Items need to be returned to our fulfillment center and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. For goodwill, we would offer some alternative solutions to our customers. Sorry that you're not satisfied with that.

The parcel arrived on time. And item true to size.I really like this long sleeve shirt. I washed it with my normal laundry to which it came out of the dryer looking the same as it did when I bought it.
Very easy and a lot of nice clothing everything ordered was nice and fit very well. Overall shopping experience was easy

I would give the rating a zero if i could. I ordered several sweaters from the site. All of them fit very poorly, like they were made for someone who has no shape. They did not resemble the picture. Don't waste your time. I wanted to send it all back, but it was cheaper to keep it than pay the return shipping cost. Waste of money.

The shirt that I received yesterday I ordered in November. It was for my daughter's birthday on December 10th. Had I known it was going to take this long, I never would've ordered it. Also, the bra I ordered was advertised as XXL. XXL my foot! It didn't even fit my granddaughter's Barbie doll. I find your site very dishonest and misleading.

They offered easy returns, didn't think I'd need to be worried. All of the items arrived in strange sizing. A small dress was 4 inches wider than it should have been. A coat sleeves were three inches too short. And pants too small that stopped at tops of knees.
Tried to return. They first had to authorize it, required photos, the site took forever to upload, and then found out they don't pay for return shipping. Now I'm out $15 for shipping and completely wasted time and money.
Don't buy from them. Buyer beware it's a scam

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
