The clothes are unique and appropriately sized. Love the fact that each and every article has a sizing guide with accurate measurements. I wear all sizes from M to XXL depending on the item. The clothing is comfortable and wears well.

Items took forever to arrive. Items did not resemble the photos. Fabric and construction were deplorable. Nothing fit, though I consulted the size charts. I followed the return process on the website on 6/25/21 and have yet to receive a shipping label to return the items. This was absolutely the worst shopping experience of my life.

The clothes are poor quality. And I tried to return a few items and got no response from Noracora. I will not shop here again. Lesson learned
I had a $45.00 credit/refund due, they sent me 2 coupon codes via email, stated I could use together on next purchase. Sounds easy right? WRONG! The website would not accept my refund code unless I spent over 120 ish dollars and would not allow me to access the second refund code on the same order. I enlisted the help of the online chat and was told that I could not use the codes on the same order and that I had to contact the service team, AGAIN!
I sent another 2 emails and my questions were not answered, just an empty promise for a 50% off coupon (with no details to activate) and another worthless comment to notify service department which is who I was communicating with? Very confusing company.
Sounds like a run around right? Well I asked for the return on my card, I honestly did not want to reorder 100-200 dollars more to activate coupons, still waiting for response but not holding my breath!
I would not order from them again, there are too many other options in the USA that are honest and offer fair returns without tricks, buyer beware!
Two items fit me fine and I am pleased to keep them. One item I ordered a size too big and contacted the company 3x via email as instructed through the website and via a direct email I got from a company email to me. As instructed, I requested an authorization for a return and NOBODY returned any of my emails to give me an authorization for this return or to tell me to what address in the US the item should be sent. The return time is only 15 days, I requested the return the next day after the items arrived. And so the 15 days is about up and no one has authorized this return and provided the necessary information. I will not be purchasing from Noracora or any of its sister companies again.
Would like to be able to sort by breast size. "Small" for one item may be 31" while "Small" for another item may be 36". This is crazy! I'd like to be able to sort by breast size 33"-35" since the letter references don't reflect any actual measurement standards. It took a long time to check these measures for every item, which was a waste of time in many cases.
I Was just told that their Return Department is in CHINA and that is where I Must mail my Return at my Expense. Or I could accept a 15% fee to keep the items I wished to return. Since all the items were too tight in the chest there is no way to modify them fit me. And due to the expense and length of time involved in mailing a package to CHINA, I will DONATE my items to. Goodwill and consider this a lesson hard learned.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
