Nice pictures would like more details on style type of dress.
The material is odd on some of the dresses I've ordered and do not match the look of the photo on the website. Also, sizing is erratic. Some larges fit me and others are super tight. It's hit or miss.

I ordered some dresses using my own credit card I didn't set up an account logged in as guest now I want to order more I can't set up a password because I used my email to get tracking & sales notifications every time I I try to set a password it tells me that email has been used DUH I know that I just want to put a password to it so I can login easier grrrrrr frustrating didn't give 5 stars because of the password and I want to see how my return works out

This is the third time I have bought clothes online in less than 3 months. I am not that good with computers and I always have problems. I can't tell you how many times I've asked for help. I ordered 5 pieces. All were poorly made, some with inferior materials. All except one were too small even though I followed size charts provided.
Sizing information is pretty good, but more consistent garment measurements, especially sweep, would be helpful. I would also appreciate more information about fabric content and washing instructions, as well as consumer reviews.
The site was easy to get around and had important information accessable for each item. I recorded the sizing to be small but it was accurate, I ordered too big! Some of the fabrics were not represented clearly nor the styles.

A full refund receipt and a return address. I have been given neither. Only a 15 percent return of money or a 50 percent coupon off future purchase. Both are unexceptionable. I felt frustrated and quite frankly ripped off. I will not order from Noracora or any online company from China. I tell everyone about this negative experience. I ordered trusting and was taken advantage of.

Don't shop here! NoraCora sells poorly made & ill-fitting items and makes returning nearly impossible. NoraCora advertises 30 day return policy. But ONLY if.
A. customer pays $35-$80 shipping of return item to Guangzhou China. B. Customer gets "permission" from company to request to begin a return with 30 days of receipt. C. Although items are shipped from NYC, returns Must be mailed to China Finally. Company offers to retain 85% and offers to pay 15% cash to disgruntled clients. No stars is proper rating, but is not a rate option.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!

Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
