I have a return and I have done everything possible for NoraCora to send me return information. I have done exactly what they advised me to do for the return process. They are not answering my emails or moving forward with return. The policy is 30 days and the time is running out. Will not be ordering from this company again. Items that I did keep are made cheap and flimsy. I am returning the shoe because the fake leather has crinkles that will not come out, made cheaply.

I have made several purchases of clothes in this online clothing store. The online process was very easy to do! I have ordered several blouses and a sweater, I was very happy with all! Customer service handled my questions in a timely manner via email, even when I asked for too small an order, they responded quickly and helped me get the correct size. I like to track shipments, you know exactly when they will arrive!

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them.
