The biggest online scam I've dealt with. Clothing items are a joke and look like cheap costumes, no hems, horrible textile printing and shiny cheap fabric. If you try to get a return authorization, you are informed you have to send items back to China at a cost higher than the clothing cost. I will continue to post reviews until I'm refunded for this junk. Would have never ordered if I knew it was Chinese junk!
First time on noracora. Products look nice on website but are not good quality in reality. Tried to return products following imprecise directions on receipt ("mail items back to us") only to learn address on package is shipping only, not the warehouse in China buyer is supposed to return items to. And pay all shipping import fees.
Customer service was prompt n offered to refund 50% of cost and directed me not to mail items back. They did refund 50% of item cost which I appreciated as my granddaughter did not like a single item I bought. Overall a learning experience. Sorry but i won't be using the site again.
This website is great. Excellent customer service, someone always responded to me in a timely manner. I tried to buy a simple dress with a good discount, it arrived on time, it is very beautiful, I will definitely order more and recommend it to my friends.

Do not buy from this company! The clothing is sub par and 2 sizes smaller than they say it is. They say they ship from Illinois but you have to return items to China for a refund. Shipping is almost as much as the refund would be. Buyer beware!

Some items were large than expected, I ordered larger thinking items were coming from China & I know China clothes always run small, this time, some items were larger..
