What a wonderful surprise when this dress arrived for my sister! I was not expecting the quality. She thought that we would return it and she would be without a dress for her banquet, we did not. It is not too formal, if it is perfect for the occasion.

I ordered five dresses from NoraCora. Three fit fine and two didn't. I tried to return them, but they told me I would have to pay return shipping to China which was very expensive. They suggested I take a 15% credit instead. I would've gotten a $4 refund. They also don't take returns on earrings. One pair of earrings I ordered was not possible to wear. My holes would've been stretched out terribly. They wouldn't allow me to return them. I'm very disappointed. Not worth ordering from them to begin with.
I am ordering for the first time and I'm not familiar with the size guide. I suggest ordering one size up. Also it took awhile to receive my order.

The earrings where not the same colour as online, a bit disappointing.
They duplicated alot of the orders and they only give you back 15% of what you paid or charged for and I have to pay for all of the orders shipments to CHINA.
I have been waiting for almost 2 months for my goods to be delivered. A courier chosen by Noracora did not deliver to my address so my goods are in transit (no one knows where) despite my enquiries to the freight/courier businesses they use. I have asked for a refund/replacement/credit not each request is refused. They have done nothing but tell me to be patient! I would not recommend them or trust them.

Easy online ordering and payment - I ordered several tops and made the mistake of ordering one in medium, which is too large. Sizing seems generous - my skinny pants (medium) are going back since they are too large.
Cut too tight across shoulders. Fabric not good quality.
Ordering was a breeze, received the items quite quickly ( surprisingly pleasant, since it's around the holidays), tracking isn't great, but it is shipping overseas. Was a little disappointed in the clothing, runs on the smaller size, but since it's all Chinese it's not surprising
The photographs suggest a much better quality product. The items are fun and inexpensive but very thin and I don't expect to get more than a season out of them. Good styles though.

I purchased two blouses & a casual dress from this company from China, they didn't look anything like advertised when I received them, even the sizing was off, huge clothing, when I requested a refund, I was sent a return label, cost me $27 to send on August 2029, on November 2,2021 I received the sent package back saying it was unclaimed, tried contacting the company via chat & because there was no tracking number, so I'm out the original price if these awful clothes plus another $27. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Terrible company. Have not heard from them once after writing several times since sept. Received two pairs of very cheap shoes and can't return…also was charge shipping when it should have been free since over the qualifying amount…PLUS you have to pay shipping fees for returns! They are disgusting! Stay away!

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
