Not very good. Your staff responded in a timely manner but were not able to provide a timely and full return, refund. I'm supposed to be getting a 15% refund.

This company is non-professional have been waiting for a refund over two months purchased $340 worth of clothing have not seen one penny back I am seeking legal help they take a long time to even try to give you a return order very bad company

I purchased 5 tops and their sizing did not fit me. Noracora's website says easy return, but you have to pay for the return. So I knew I had to pay for the return. BUT when I did the return I had to get approval first, which was given.
The package came from Carson, CA but I was told the return is to CHINA and I have to for custom fees also. They offered a 15% refund to avoid the hassle of a return.

My shopping experience for the first time was ok until I tried to delete a couple items but got through it.

I purchased over $300 worth of clothing from this company. I did not expect high quality given the prices but the items were even cheaper looking than expected. I kept a couple of items. One burned when I ironed it to wear the first time. The other item was a cheap looking pair of jeans that I only wear around the house because they're at least comfortable. When I initiated a return online, I was offered 10% of the cost if I didn't return. I declined as I had over $200 worth of items I would not wear. After receiving the info to process the return, I spent $60(!) to send the items to an address in China. That was July 2021. It is now January 2022. I have been emailing about my refund for 6 months with no response. Today I get a surprise in the mail. My package sent back to me with a Return to Sender note on it. It was a bit of an expensive lesson but I now know better than to purchase from these off brand online retailers. I realize some are legitimate but beware... Nora Cora is not!

Need sub category or filter for garments with slogans. Also, offer tee shirts in 100% cotton. Order took 6 weeks to get to me. Way too long. Found similar products on Amazon, I'll order from there next time.

Nothing like pictured online. Shoddy material. Extremely long shipping wait. Sizes are off some XL is a good fit others do not. Total waste of money they will not let you return unless you pay to ship to China when it came from New York. Totally scam company!

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
