Had a problem with the cart a while ago but got it settled

I'm loving my clothing, however, it too long to get to me. I emailed the company and they said it was comning from Asia.

I see the sizes appear to be off a bit. I am hoping the small fits. I normally wear a medium. One of the blouses was smaller than expected. The other is fine

I love your clothes. It was easy to shop and the pictures were great and it was my first time to shop here. I will be back soon.

What I was a little confused about is with the 4 items I ordered, why are they coming one at a time. I ordered them on 1/25/22 and received one of the items a month later. I see now that one is out of order (when can I expect the refund for this item) and another is still being processed.

After reading many reviews to choose the correct size, my dress arrived and it was SO huge it was laughable. Will be returning it. I'm sad as I liked it!

Fabulous online clothing store there are affordable, beautiful clothes that are worth your while and many great discounts throughout the year. With a little more you can get free shipping! I love this internet store!

Never in my life of 61 years have I been treated so unprofessionally, rudely, and ignored by a corporation.
The quality of their clothing and boots is the cheapest JUNK I have ever purchased. Delivery was piecemeal; offered a free gift which did not exist; sizing is way off; customer service is essentially non-existent and seems to be computer generated; each time I inquired about my horrible stuff, I was given a different CS Representative with English names however, the company is in China (eyebrow raising); made offers on my return and essentially denied and email response sent to me from Noracora service; expect me to pay an outlandish return fee inclusive to custom charges since the return address is in China!

Need I continue? I believe whomever or whatever reading this email (probably noone) can note my extreme dissatisfaction.

Am I sure this will go unnoticed. If you are a possible customer, STOP YOUR ORDER!

The website was easy to use. The variety of clothing and sizes were wonderful. Priced very reasonably. The checkout page was simple and paying was very easy. Delivery was faster than I expected.

I had an order that seemed to take a long time to arrive here and I usually receive it within a few days of placing the order. The tracking system was not updating so I could not track my package. I spoke on the live chat that they were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. I also received a follow-up email saying what had happened and I received an apology even though it wasn't the boutique's fault, their service is absolutely amazing! I can't wait to buy my next item. A very happy customer with this website!

It was very frustrating trying to delete an item and check out x3 because they said information was not good

Then trying to return the merchandise was very difficult and the sellers did not try to expedite it easily. Started out offering 15% of the total back then 40% then 50% to keep stuff and get 125.01$ back when my bill was almost 288$

DEPENDS ON THE CORRECT SIZE I ORDERED, it was too big, hard to pick the right size and it didn't look like the original photo

After ordering I saw many negative reviews leading me to expect the worst. When package arrived all the clothing was in good quality zippered bags. While not identical to the website photos, they were quite nice. Heavy knit fabric perfect for winter dresses. I have gotten several compliments on one short dress which I wear as a tunic top. The only surprise was the high shipping charge, but I now understand they were shipping from China so it makes sense. I understand others have not had good experiences, but I had a good one. YMMV

Huge disappointment! Clothes either too big or too small. Fabric feel and quality is poor. Altered the 2 pieces that were of some quality, donated the rest to a shelter. So sorry that I spent > $100 dollars for 2 just ok shirts.

Ordered clothes based on photos and got knock offs. Very unhappy that they get away with this.

Unsure of size since they came from China n there was no description of fabric they were made of.

I ordered a size 2X but it was more like a size medium. Noracora wanted me to send it back to China for a refund or accept 12% of the purchase price instead of a full refund. I looked up this company on the BBB's website in New York City and there were 700 complaints in the last six months. Don't buy from this company unless you know you will like and keep the merchandise. They don't give refunds or exchanges.
