Scam + bad service
So I purchase 625 ml nivea x 3 and what is delivered is 400 ml. When I requested to return and replace the product they just said that we do not have an option to replace a product we will just return your payment in your card but you have to wait for 7-14 days.
Since I am located in Hatta, Dubai there is a delivery charge unless your order is 220 above. Since I value savings I always purchase more than 250 Aed. Even though how little the amount that I save it matters to me. So when I raised my concern to noon. Support they said at they will raise the request to waive shipping fee as gesture of good will for my next order. Since I needed the product i want to order again But when I followed up for the waiving of shipping fee on my account I was told that they do not have the authority to do that.
They have wasted my time, my money and I do not think I will purchase again from noon. I will go back to Amazon in which they have great product and great service.

Will never order again on Noon or Noon Daily. Orders are sent in piecemeal and one has to keep collecting deliveries over next few days. Simply painful and unprofessional. Dont know what kind of algorithm the mandarins at Noon are thinking. So utterly useless and inconvenient and environment unfriendly and wasteful. TERRIBLE! I usually am not so harsh but this is insane. Suffered a few weeks ago and it has started to happen again. I SWEAR I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN ON NOON EVEN IF THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES TO DELIVER ON PLANET EARTH. IT IS A JOKE! 3 KGS OF POTATOES GET DELIVERED IN TWO CONSIGNMENTS AND ONE PACK OF COKES GETS DELIVERED IN TWO CONSIGNMENTS AGAIN. HAVE NO POLITE WORDS TO DESCRIBE THE INANITY!
REVIEW ON 31 Jan: I do not accept your lame reply but I am revising my rating to four because all renaining items got delivered in one shot this morning and packing and quality was top class. It appears that someone in Noon Daily took notice of the inane way the deliveries were being made and put a stop to it. My rating would have been five had it not been for the bad reply.

This is a very bad company. They are selling fake electronic products. The labeling machine that we just purchased is fake and not functioning and they refused a return because we lost the packaging that by mistake our cleaner have thrown away. They are aware of their fake products in the first place. They are not fair with consumers that is why be careful of this greedy company. Better order from other trusted suppliers not through this online fake seller.

AND NOON CANNOT DO THAT FOR 1,545/- AED, AMAZIIINNNNNG SCAMMERS! I SHOULD COMPARE I HAVE THE RIGHT, NOON TOOK MY MONEY AND GIVE ME FAKE ITEM. HARAMI SERIOUSLY! I DELETED MY NOON ACCOUNT FYI! Very very very very very very BAD service,,, I order blinder and I request them to deliver me little early as I want to travel, they had not just delivered me even on delivery date also and all time they will tell sir we are raising ur complaint and nothing works then after I was so upset as it was gift for someone and I want to travel but they just try to take so easy, really I will suggest not to buy anything from NooN. And when I check directly from seller he told me that we don't even have this product in stock. Ohh my god, means they are posting out of stock product and there management is really very very very poor.

The worst experience I have ever had in my life is with noon they will take your money and will not return back and will talk about the idiotic and worthless policies which are beneficial for the company only not for the customer in the name of selling iPhones they don't give apple warranty but give noon warranty which is zero compared to apple so this makes me pissed off like hell if I ask for refund they say it will take time for refund and will talk about the most useless policies that they have got they just want to play with the money of the customer and nothing else RNAECA******* this is my return id nobody has called me for collecting the return in spite of selling fake iPhones on noon by just listing them as new I would suggest that nobody should buy iPhones from noon as they sell refurbished and renewed phones in the name of selling new phones and only give noon warranty instead of apple warranty.

I have never seen such a hopeless and a slow performing seller(AIM2020) in my life they are not concerned about the order they get they will deliver it when they feel to do it such a useless attitude they have towards the business in noon and moreover the noon guys don't even try to contact them and tell to ship the product at the earliest when I was a seller in noon(a2z4gifts1989) the noon team used to call and disturb us daily by calling and telling that the customer wants the product at the earliest so ship it soon so this means they are partial towards some sellers which is a very bad attitude to have in business.The seller AIM2020 is not at noon business its there for something else I think thats why such a hopeless response at the same time noon team also didn't take any initiative towards this case and remained silent as if nothing as happened.

They are delivering the wrong order and they do this for the 2-nd time for the same item within 1 week.
UNBELIEVABLE!
I AM SHOCKED!
After speaking with 4 people within the week they couldn't make sure that the item which will be send for 2-nd time will be correct one!

And it seems it is normal for them to do wrong delivery at all the time, because most of complaints only about this issue.
Weird, isn't it.
I am already waiting for my refund from the 1-st time which will take 14 working days. And now again and again.
