One never suspects companies with such…
One never suspects companies with such an impressive website but beware. When u are an unsuspecting potential customer they promise you everything... and then you face reality. Booked them for a local moving job. Even bought insurance because we were assured there will be nothing to worry about. Local cargo company turns up.a small tempo instead of a truck. It got extended when they knew well enough society has rules that don't allow past 6pm. Had to ask to make exception. Anyway all in all the move ended at midnight with half the stuff just dumped on the floor. Extensive damage worth over 75k. Several months back n forth messages later 3.5k insurance claim and then even assurances stopped to " we appreciate your messages. The insurance claim is all you'll get" pls feel free to message us for anything else.

Booked premium package for movers and packers.
The guys sent by nobroker just started dumping all electronic and crockery items into the boxed without packing. We were told that the electronic items would be bubble wrapped and we should book premium package for that. 5 min into the packing they already broke a show case item.
Also they said they would send a AC technician to uninstall the AC. But some random guy who is packing boxes, said they will remove it themselves. We were charged extra for sending the AC technician.

Tried from various numbers free plan for new user and found almost 90% of the latest advt. Post for rent with lucrative pictures and rates were fake. The mobile number shared was of the person who didn't knew anything about the posted advt. The sales team were calling me for buying their rental plan which i was reluctant to buy. After seeing one advt. With lucrative pictures and offer i thought of trying paid rental plan as their sales team were calling literally every day forcing me to buy paid plan. I bought the plan and back to back 2 numbers i found was fake from the advt. Posted on same day and other one a day before. So again i had same experience as earlier. I contacted sales team and they were reluctant to help saying its non refundable plan as i asked for refund. Be cautious buying their plan.

I was late in reading the reviews by others and paid the price. My experience with NoBroker is even worse than what was mentioned by others. I am considering legal action against this company. My property is located in Hyderabad. Sincere suggestion- STAY AWAY from NoBroker. I have absolutely nothing nice to say about them! - regards
I will give some names of the people that are involved in this fraud- Ganesh N, Supriya, Subhekcha, Mukesh, Nilamegan. Do not keep any hopes that escalating the issue to the escalations team will help, NO, it does not. I think the escalation team is fake/madeup, you will never get any response from them. Hire a local broker instead. Again, STAY AWAY from NoBroker, it's a fraud.

Their communicating partner Preeti was so unprofessional. She agreed upon the services and on the delivery date, she does not communicated those with the working partner Amit and half of the work was not done by them. Their team also went quite loud and refuse to do the services. I tried to contact the team and resolve the issue but they blocked my number.

Worst ever experience
We recently shifted to Pune and we considered NoBroker for our luggage transfer.

They took the luggage on time and promised to deliver it as per the deal, but when we reached Pune, they started making issues, every time we call NoBroker a new person picked up the call and we had to explain everything that we want our luggage, but they keep on lying that the vehicle started, vehicle is stuck in traffic, it's in police custody due to our hurry, entire team was lying end to end, no respect of someones time and money, they did not write any email stating the time of delivery, they took 80% deal money before hand and even before delivering the goods they were asking remaining 20? As well. Only 2 boys came to unload the luggage and they took many hours to unload the luggage. No broker is a big No, no respect of anything and they even don't give money to the partners who help them delivering the goods and there is no authentic person who will help you, they just fool you from start to end and just a money minded team and no sense of responsibility at all. They don't consider even the family has small kids or old age people. Entire team, rohan, satyaprakash, neha, meghna, mehraj, bharat, their unit heads, all are like just to waste our time by saying we are trying, give us little more time, we will get back to you, we can't do anything as partner is not picking call etc etc. They are the cheapest services in costliest rates. Request you all to not trust these people and go ahead with local movers and packers or porter.

They are super aggressive in selling their plan. It was convincing that they'll be able to sell my property. After subscribing their plan, it seems that the whole team is vanished. Ironically, their chat AI, Natasha, is not responding to my requests. Finally, I'm following up with them to refund my money.

BIG NO to NRI's. I cannot comment on local services in India.

Beware of NoBroker.com tenant/owner service plans

Attention all renters and owners! If you're considering to take services with #Nobroker, I want to share my experience with you. Unfortunately, I've had a lot of trouble with the amenities promised by this rental brokerage company.the property rented to me is personally managed by #nobroker

Specifically, I was promised car parking, housekeeping services, security, and power backup. However, these amenities have not been provided as promised, and it's been a major inconvenience for me and my family.

I've tried to resolve this issue through communication with #Nobroker, but so far, I haven't seen any improvement in their services. As a result, I want to share my experience with others who may be considering to take services with this company.

As part of rental relax plan they will do deliberate miscommunication on amenities and rent out the flat to you.you will be spending lot of efforts and money for moving in to new flat.after moving you will find amenities completely missing out in flat.if you complaint to relationship manager about missing amenities,they will team up with owner and make sure you suffer a lot and torture you mentally.they will ask you to vacate a house without compensating you and they will hire people to threaten and bulldoz you to stay silent in same flat or vacate the flat immediately.

If you're looking for a rental brokerage company that delivers on its promises, I would recommend looking elsewhere. As renters, we deserve the amenities and services that we're promised, and it's important to hold companies like #Nobroker accountable when they fall short.

NoBroker logistics and Movers and Packers are
Fraud.
I have booked shipment of House hold luggage from Pune to Hyderabad. Initially they charged decent cost. Once the movers and packers came to house they started making small boxes around 50. Which initial estimation was 38.
They have charged 1200/— per box extra. 12*1200 14,400 extra charges because of increased the box items.
I tried to connect NoBroker but they are taking Movers and Packers side only…
So completely I lost my money around 14,000/— extra. The reason for extra bags are not mentioned about small things Ike mugs, buckets,
Brooms etc…
Be careful while mentioning the items list…
Movers and packers charged extra 300/— for
Intercity passing charges.
So Don't go for NoBroker and Movers and Packers. Save your hard earned money…

NoBroker Packers and Mover service is typical example of an aggregator who has entered a bussiness without working solution.
NoBroker Does not Care: 64 items that was packed in Pune was stored in some storage place with rats! Rat urine is all over my things. Child Labor was used for moving my things from tempo to my house. Mental harassments by giving me 20 calls a day for the payment that was done 10 days back. I have been asked to fix and drink water from a water purifier that has rat urine!
Customers are important only till u get the money: I have been waiting for a call back for 3 days! NoBroker used to call me 5 days a day but after receiving all the money they are not there to help me in getting my insurance.
