I took a commercial money back plan (worth approx Rs. 7000) to find a property as per which if No Broker is not able to find the property, after 45 days if I am able to find a property, they will refund the money if I give the rent agreement. However, just after 12 days of buying the plan, the RM messaged me saying that due to limited availability of the required property, my plan is automatically getting changed to a Freedom plan (worth Rs.1000 only). I was totally surprised and when I called the customer care I was informed that the plan has been changed and if I want to take refund, I need to submit rent agreement. This was within 12 days of taking the plan when the 45 days period had not even elapsed. It's important to note that all the accesses that I had in the original plan and the changed new plan are also not accessible to me. So basically, after paying Rs. 7000, I didn't have access to any services of No Broker and my money was totally wasted. I have raised multiple complaints and the only solution that has been offered is that the refund can be granted only after submission of rent agreement.

This is a scam that NoBroker.com has been running while duping people of their money and hiring incompetent staff who don't know what the terms and conditions of the plans are.

I have used No Broker multiple times but with this, you've not only lost a customer but I will also spread the word with friends and family.

I had a highly disappointing experience with NoBroker while trying to sell my apartment. Initially, I subscribed to their plan and planned to cancel after 90 days due to a lack of results. However, their representative convinced me to extend the plan with false promises of increased leads, more site visits, and a new Relationship Manager (RM) to assist me.

Unfortunately, in the extended 90 days:
The assigned RM never directly communicated with me.
I had only one site visit, with multiple last-minute cancellations.
There was zero proactive effort from NoBroker to facilitate the sale.

When I canceled the plan, I was refunded only INR 4,780 instead of INR 14,780, despite their failure to deliver on their commitments. Repeated attempts to get my rightful refund have been ignored.

To make matters worse, customer support is practically non-existent—emails requesting a refund bounce back with an automated response stating:

"Dear Customer, Your request is not registered as this is a no-reply address. If you need assistance, please check our FAQs or raise a complaint at [link]. We are here to assist you and will ensure your concerns are addressed promptly."

Yet, no real assistance is ever provided!

I urge others to be cautious before trusting NoBroker's services. Their misleading sales tactics, lack of accountability, and non-responsive customer support make it a frustrating experience for genuine property sellers. NoBroker needs to take responsibility instead of making empty promises!

They claim to help homeowners find tenants quickly, but in reality, they push unrealistic price reductions to favor tenants while putting property owners at a major disadvantage. Their so-called "assistance" is just a ploy to devalue your property so they can promote their tenant-to-owner schemes at shockingly low costs. It's nothing short of a scam!

The worst part? Once you sign up, they won't stop calling—morning, noon, and night! Even if you explicitly tell them you are not interested, they pester you endlessly with new offers and upsells. They trick homeowners into paying for premium services that lead nowhere, making their business model highly questionable.

NoBroker.in is slowly turning into a real estate scam in disguise, exploiting both property owners and tenants for their own profit. If you value your peace of mind and your property's worth, DO NOT use NoBroker.in.

I had a bad experience with Nobroker Team as a whole for my Painting Experience at Home. The delivery partner constantly pushes you to deal outside the nobroker and offers you work to be done at a lower cost than agreed between you and nobroker.

Secondly, In my case within 15 days of Painting the paint started getting washed out to which I complained to delivery partner and to sales person at nobroker. They constantly assured that work would be fixed within 2 weeks and this kept on Happening from August till November. With no work getting done from them, I escalated it to Nobroker team and they assured work would get done soon and after 1 Month of follow up and their assurance team finally refused to do work saying the partner is not cooperating. One of the Wall behind the door was left and the delivery partner never turned up.

It is responsibility of the Nobroker team to get work done. I have all conversations from August till December of constant promises by the team to deliver which they finally refused to do.

Nobroker is not advisable, don't waste your money. They will show everything in the app. But you will not be able to sell your property, i can go on write but it your decision to waste your money Jickson who will call to get the money, after there is one relationship manager Muralidharan useless person. We have to teach him everything.

Pathetic customer care. No response after receiving money. Very poor connectivity that you cant connect to property owners for the money you paid.

Never ever take their paid services for Rent or Sell of your property. I am a victim customer of Nobroker. They will spoil your brand. Their relationship managers just manage you for 3 months and you will be in the hope that they will sell your villa. They only have certain leads and they keep sending to all. Finally you will see your money is gone and your so much time is wasted.

No professionalism at all. They say that they have a package is for NRIs but they operate otherwise. You will get calls during midnight overseas time. They said money is refundable without any question being asked. Dont fall for it as that is the scam. Once money for any of their service is paid, they never do the service and will deny refund. Whole email history can be shared if needed.

Scratched kitchen cabinets. Pathetic customer support. Not recommended at all. Worst service provider. Lacks transparency in customer support and followup. Not recommended.

INCREDIBLY WORST SERVICE. On 12-Aug-2024, I paid Rs. 1800/- for their Freedom plan. After payment, their website-login & App show rental properties but THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN A SINGLE OWNER CONTACT TILL NOW and they are also NOT REFUNDING THE AMOUNT EVEN AFTER REPEATED CALLS & MAILS.

No broker cheat us also.We paid for brokerage (prepaid plan) amount for my house.no one for hired. And they reject with silly reasons still they didn't refund our brokerage amount.So dont believe no broker no 1 cheating company in the world

I went for No broker with lots of hype. They are very aggressive in selling services. So many calls until you booked by paying the token. Once done, thats all...:(

I have to write a long story how horrible these no broker services are, but I don't want to waste anymore time to them. But for the benefit of customers like me...

I booked a pack & move service. Paid the token. Waiting for the planned date. The work should be started by 9 AM. Nothing happens. No partner assigned. I started to follow up. No body respond. At 12 PM, they can't find partner to do the work.

Then the plan is post poned 3 days later. Again, no body appears on the rescheduled date. No broker guys started to say they can't find partner with the given cost & they can do only a basic packing not the committed premium packing.

I had no other option. I agreed. The partner came and asked extra money. The work started by 12 PM instead of 9 AM. Very unprofessional and rude guys were assigned. So many damages. Horrible experience...

Please don't believe the no broker services. Very unprofessional services for a premium cost. Prefer local service providers rather than using no broker. No broker ruin your plans without any regrets…

I have taken no broker relax plan which is costing around 4K+. After paying the money they don't even bother to call me once. Even they have hidden all tenants number who are interested on my property. No RM has been. Assigned even when I was chatting with the support person for refunding the money they just cut the char connection. Please don't take this kind of plan. They only want to make money without providing any service.

NoBroker(NB) claims to have large database of tenants to which they promised that they will market my property as per my desired criteria of "small working family of husband, wife & kids with no pets".

Reality was shockingly opposite as the assigned relationship manager (RM) only depended on fresh web leads (hits on their websites) and showed them as 33 leads…. Of which >90% were Bachelors, which obviously does not meet my criteria.

NB kept highlighting that as "progress" whereas reality was that RM could only schedule 2 visits.,,both of which were not interested in a Ground Floor flat. Rent of my flat was very competitive, apartment is high end luxury facility on prime main road….which incidentally is just 5 kms from NB head office in Bangalore. It was extremely frustrating dealing with NB as RM kept saying "that is how we work". I finally had to use my personal contacts to find a suitable tenant. N. complete failed to market my property to tenants and let me down badly.

My property was rented out two weeks ago, and the tenant has already paid the rent and deposit amount to NoBroker. For the past week, I have been following up with my relationship manager, Mr. Syed, but there has been no response from him. What is the purpose of assigning a relationship manager to every customer if they are not maintaining good relationships?

When we last spoke, Mr. Syed assured me that I would receive the money within 24 hours. However, almost a week has passed, and the money has still not been credited to my account. Why does NoBroker hold onto customers' money for so long? Are the 6% charges not sufficient? Are you trying to earn more interest by holding the owner's money?

Yesterday, Mr. Vinayak from customer service also sent an escalation email, but no one has addressed the issue.

If there is no response even after this, I will have to file a complaint against NoBroker.

"I recently purchased the Super Money back Plan NRI for flat sale from NoBroker. While I had high hopes for their social media marketing services, my experience has been disappointing."

Issue:
The promised Facebook marketing services fell short.
NoBroker's team only posted flat details on their Facebook page, with no paid advertisements.
As a result, I didn't receive any benefit from the Facebook post.

Expectations:
I expected paid advertisements to be part of the social media marketing services included in my package.

Escalation:
I reached out to the escalation team via email.
They responded and assured me that the issue would be resolved.
Unfortunately, the next day, they closed the concern without providing any solution.

Overall, my experience with NoBroker's social media marketing services has been unsatisfactory. I hope they address these issues promptly and improve their services for other customers."
