Nobroker seller plan is NO of use because I have purchased Nobroker seller plan 2 times by paying 8,848/- each (Order Id: **************470) but all money gone waste. Their sales team gives fake promises saying that "there are 500+ buyers view your property and our dedicated relationship manager will take care of everything (i.e. Talking to buyers), you just seat and relax".
But once you purchased their plan and xfer the amount, then you keep on waiting for their relationship manager call. He never call you, he is just for name sake. You will get only automated weekly report, nothing else. In my case relationship manager didn't schedule a single property visit after I have purchased their plan. I used to call him twice in a week and his typical answer was "Sir, we are working on your property. Its 90 days plan and chances are on 90th day also magic will happen, and your property may sell out. Don't worry sir, we have lot of time". When I call 3rd time in a week then he said "Sir, its not possible to work on your property every day because we have to provide service to other customers also". It means there is no dedicated relationship manager for you even though you purchased their seller plan.
I would suggest going with 99acres seller plan because they don't have plan for buyers and any buyer can see your contact number and contact you. Incase of Nobroker, they have paid plan for buyers as well so there are very less chances of getting buyers for your property because buyers can not contact you directly because they don't see your number unless they purchase buyer plan.
Think twice before buying any plan with Nobroker.

We planned shifting from Gurgaon to Faridabad keeping 2 days (1 day for packing and 1 day for shifting of the household items). We gave contract to NoBroker movers and packers. Nobroker gave it to their vendor Mr. Naveen from Manika Movers the owner. Mr. Naveen was not at all cooperative. He packed our party dresses and suits in pollybogs including our high end shoes. He had sent just 2 persons to pack 4 bhk flat which took them 2 days to pack only. Then on the 2nd day in the afternoon he had sent 1 medium size and 2nd small size truck whereas NoBroker was told in advance that we will be needing 2 big size truck (22 feet trucks) from our previous experience. Finally my luggage reached Faridabad on day 2nd around 7:00 P.M. The people dumped everything thing in our drawing room and told us they need to take back the red boxes of NoBroker with them so they have to empty all the material here only. The booking was made where uninstallation & installation of the 3 Ac's, 2 TV's and 1 RO was mentioned. They uninstalled everything but didn't care to install the things after the shifting was done.

Shifting was a horrific experience for my entire family.

Terrible experience from RM, FRM and their respective managers & teams.

Before subscribing NoBroker team will keep on following for the paid services. Once subscribed you have to follow up with all the above mentioned guys.

I had taken money back package of 20k + GST that came to Rs 24k. After subscribing I have to follow up from day one with FRM for photo shoot ( it took almost one week for a simple photo shoot in mobile)

There was 2 meeting scheduled in the first month (Feb 2024) and no one was there to guide the buyer to my residence, and finally I have to take them to show the property. Before subscribing NoBroker team commit they will guide on behalf of you and lots of promises, after subscribing it's the owners headache to follow up on each and every steps.

I had also raised my concern via email, two different people reached out to me and heard my concerns/issues, but no use.

95% of leads that comes into your lead box is from NoBroker team itself. It's all fake numbers/names.

The team don't even bother to check the updates both from the seller and buyer.

I would not recommend NoBroker app to both buyer and seller.

It's fake, 100% useless, waste of time and money.

HIGHLY NO RECOMMENDATIONS

The moment I went inside their website, they knew I am NRI (seeing my IP) & the moment I even confirmed my 1 st page details (my name/email/phone no), they range me IMMEDIATELY. Continuous calling & irritaing even after I rejected their service. They were literally after money & kept FORCING to take their plans.

I asked them to DELETE my details from their database & they said THEY CAN'T DO IT. W'out my permission, they store my details.

They were not clear in what they were saying. Low knowledge about their own business.

Fraud company. No proper customer service, Charges too high. No one responce for months. RM and PM and many others will be in the email loop but no one responce.

In this site mostly property are fraud property plz do not use this site for any thing. They are fraud

I have shifted from Mira road to thane and Nobroker demaged stuff while shifting. I asked them compensation but no resolution. Only write an emails, call them on customer care and grievances team are talking illogical and no clue. I am filinf case aganist them and ask peopel to come togather so that this startup can stop cheating people and founder amit kumar agrawal should be behind the bars.

I do not recommend nobroker movers and packers. They missed a couple of important items on call and ended up having me pay for their negligence (around 8k more than the initial quotation). I would suggest using a packers and movers company directly as nobroker is highly unprofessional in their communication. They would tell me they'll look at my information and would never give me a call back. I read a few bad reviews initially but put them aside as I have experienced some benefits from them. But their movers and packers division is fraudulent, and I would never wish anyone to go through what I did, hence this review.

Self availed their Rental Agreement service, experience was a complete disaster. Agreement was not processed on time due to NB's unprofessional attitude. Repeated follow up with their Escalation Team results in a barrage of apologies, which actually means nothing as your case is stalled. The general response by email is "we are very sorry for the inconvenience, kindly bear with us". Self had paid for 2 original Notarised Agreements, however recd only one, which itself was late in the first place. Further follow up resulted in receiving the 2nd Agreement after another 4 days. Stay away from any of their paid sevices, if you wish to maintain a steady BP. They deserve a negative rating, if possible.

I have given painting job to NOBROKER on 13th Dec 2023 and now within one month the paint surface has started become light. They refused to come and see the status and refused to take any complaint for the bad job done saying it is because of seepage

We are residing in moggappair chennai,
I checked properties near mudichur, so I checked in no-broker, they called & informed that if I opt 2999 plus tax plan, field RM,I mean house broker will come & show houses of your range in the field.so I took the plan.but that week itself I came to know through RM that, he will not be coming to field, I was totally disappointed 😞since I purely taken that plan for broker in field...I was convincing my husband too...but really they gave a false communication & wasted my money...Later on to, I was very clear that, schedule a house with 1st floor & fully furnished, moreover new houses with 15k budget, even old & new perungalathur area too comfortable...Till date he have suggested only few houses that too not of our choice.I myself shortlisted few houses & asked him, he have not gave a proper reply... Previous friday I asked him that we will come on Saturday to visit those shortlisted houses, but he have not scheduled not even 5 to 10 houses on that day...I am really feeling very stressed because of this.since I have 2 kids, in order to save my time, I invested Rs 3500.but not even a single use of utt.I was continuously mailing them atleast for plan change from 3500 plan to 1500 plan and refund atleast 2000, but through call too escalation team was not understanding our situation, & only for sake of money they keep on telling there is no way of refund as well as plan change...we are feeling really bad and I was really stressed out investing this amount without getting any one fruitful thing from them...please arrange for refund...I will be so thankful and pls don't make customers feeling very stressed out like this just for money...if I used your subscription you can.without using, how can I invest a huge amount from my penny...need a solution where customers are only important.

Don't get cheated. Vishnu will keep calling u saying he is from Rajasthann he believes in this company and will ask u to make the payment n then no body will attend after payment is made u will daily get calls from sales department. Guys don't choose no broker. Amit agarwal us a fraud

Don't believe the services offered by Nobroker for owner plans. I had availed this service for my 2 properties. Nobroker couldn't find the tenants in 60 days and neither it refunded the service amount as per agreement. IT'S A FRAUD
There's no option to rate ZERO, hence giving one star. It's the worst company, so dont get fooled

We have recently purchased a plan for selling our home in prime location of Hyderabad. Still they didn't find single buyer. They put zero effort in showing property to potential buyers and the ad was showing on 104th position even after paying premium amount. Only team that works well in nobroker is sales team. Rest all are good for nothing. Never ever approach no broker for selling your property.

I had a terrible experience with NoBroker. The salesperson promised guaranteed home rental in 45 days with a dedicated relationship manager and field manager and will ask you buy their plans immediately and once you buy their plan, whole team will be vanished. After buying the subscription, the managers barely communicated and ignored my calls. Despite multiple attempts to escalate the issue, the company did nothing. They make false promises, provide no support, and are unprofessional. Avoid them at all costs, total fraud company.

I took a Relax plan where it is mentioned that you will be assisted with Relationship manager and will be helping you out to get the property. However, they are just on calls and will not ensure how exactly the property is at the location. Whatever the pictures the owner provide, they will describe the same. This does not make any sense. On top of it, I got 50 leads, no expiry, still had 30 days. I did not even got the welcome mail, stating that if a finalized property is cancelled, then our plan expires entirely and then we cannot access the pending leads. I mean, is this the assistance you provide? After cancellation of that property due to my family decision and space shortage (Even landlord was cooperative), we changed our mind to start a search for 1BHK again from the no broker pending leads. Now this was to my surprise, that Nobroker has deactivated my plan, though i have 31 leads and expiry was after a month. I mean they make fool and play with the feelings and your situation. Its better to go with the Real Estate Broker, who atleast shows you multiple properties and is there physicallywith you to assist you whatever the situation is. When i am ready to provide all proofs and communication to the the team (Escalation Team - Rak$#*!ha S), still they dont want to support. Definitely i will be never recommending such frauds like No Broker and for sure will circulating the same to all social media platforms. Atleast people like me wont get fooled.

I recently considered Nobroker get painting and cleaning done to my house. I'm very satisfied with the service. The finishing in painting service is very good. They finished it well in time for me.
Also, I took cleaning service as well. The guy who came to provide the service was good and punctual. He used machines to clean the house. I would recommend everyone to give it a try as most of the office workers do not have time to clean the house by ourselves.
