My experience with Nobroker Packers and Movers was very good. I did my house movement on Nov 1st, 2023 in Kondapur, Hyderabad. Earlier it was planned on 2nd Jan. But they did cater to my movement rescheduling on 1st Jan with an intimation of only 4–5 days before.
The vendor arrived in time on the day of movement. The packaging at source was decent and they carried all the items smoothly to the destination.
Nobroker had assigned a Move Manager named Subramanya for my house movement purpose. She was very cooperative and was in touch with me a day before and during the course of movement.
Overall very good experience with Nobroker and I would recommend others to use their services.

We tried Nobroker Paid relax plan to search a flat for rent in Bangalore Whitefield area and yes they are 100 % safe and helpful. I'm extremely happy with the service offered by them through our relationship manager, Vignesh. Their service is excellent and our RM was very proactive in his approach and provided updates daily. He is very knowledgeable, and helped a lot in getting a property and he was extremely professional and polite and helped us with all our queries. My experience with Nobroker has always been fantastic. I have a property in Chennai which Nobroker has been managing for the last 4 years. In this duration, I found tenants from them twice in just a short span of time. They have never let me down. Their relationship managers and field managers are experts in their work. They always give their best. I will certainly look forward to many more years of service with Nobroker. I am always thankful to you for taking care of my property.

I had used the premium services of NoBroker a couple of years back and found them to be good. This time though I have found them to be pathetic. I listed a couple of my properties for rent a couple of weeks back. To my surprise even after 2 weeks can see that it isn't visible on their site. I called them up every 2 days to enquire why it wasn't reflecting on the site and their response has been standard- our site is down and the problem will be rectified soon. Two weeks and their problems persist...shame on you NoBroker. From a reasonable company to a pathetic one. If a problem cannot be solved after two weeks, I guess its time to shut shop...Close down, your earlier loyal customers can move on to better providers

WORST Customer Service, WORST behavior, WORST OVERALL. I paid 25k for the end to end services as a house owner. They found a tenants and got the advance amount from them and handed over the keys without any paper works, like contract agreement, background verification checks, complexly breached the paper works process.

Tenants backed out and now NoBroker are not refunding tenants deposit! And also not repaying my amount!

Nobroker playing with both our money and it is been more than 10 days, putting me and tenants into a lot of stress, a lot of trouble a lot of inconveniences.

Don't use NoBroker for ever, Don't pay any money, if you pay, you are locked up! They don't pick up calls and not reply emails, 3rd rated company must be closed. Playing with the customers money! Not a happy customer.

No Broker... Bo broker, जो पैसा ठगने का एक app है. शुरू में बहुत से वादे कर आपको मेंबरशिप दिलाता है और कहता है, refundable है. जब आप पैसा ट्रांसफर कर देते हैं, तो कोई जिम्मेदारी नहीं लेता. Relationship manager नियुक्त जरूर होता है, लेकिन न आपका call attend करता और न ही call back. Msg से आपको भ्रमित किया जाता है. और जब आप किसी दूसरे ब्रोकर के द्वारा दूसरा घर ले लेते हैं, तो सेक्युरिटी वापस नहीं करता. आपको बार बार विश्वास दिलाया जाता है कि call आयेगी आपके पास, लेकिन कभी call नहीं आती. गैर जिम्मेदारी भरा कर्मचारियों का व्यवहार और बेवकूफ बनाकर पैसा लूटने का app

Calls u 100 times without any reason and even on Sunday and even don't listen to you if you say them to remove you from calling list

Stay far away from #NoBroker for renovation or painting work, as their extremely poor service and complete lack of support, coupled with an incompetent and unprofessional team, make for a truly regrettable experience.

Worst Service. They have created a call center, with one person. He becomes the relationship manager of all, He just keep on changing his name. ONce the payment is done. They will neither respond you nor interested to call you back. The RM they provide keeps on changing so after paying the fees now you keep on chasing hem. Strongly recomend not to go to No Broker plans

I have used their service to list my flat for sale. First - they don't understand timezone differences. They committee when selling plan that they have people in international timezones but that's a lie once plan is sold. They only work in IST - if you have overlap in IST you can talk to them else you are screwed. 2. They will mess up your property and do not take care of it. 3. Their job is to just sale it quickly and not on good price. So during listing/selling their plan they will tell you very high price. But in every few days they will request to keep losing price. Also god forbid if they give you a buyer - they will make life of both buyer and seller hell by bothering then to have quick transaction completion. Stay away with these guys - they don't deserve it.

One of the worst packers and movers. I booked a slot at 5 PM and waited 3 hours more.Still, my partner was not assigned to me. I didn't get a proper reply from CC also. If they can't assign a partner they could inform me and cancel na. I can plan something else. After the conversation at 8 p.m., the movement manager told the partners that they were not ready to come because of the price issue. If they ask for more in booking time I'm ready to pay also. After waiting so long and requesting me to plan for tomorrow we will shift and I have to pay 700rs more because of distance They should have informed terms and conditions from cc but they couldn't track the issue as well. After 8pm other packers and movers are not ready to come and they are asking 7k+ who will pay this much no broker will pay!? Seriously worst experience ever...I'm not able to shift today.No broker not bothered about it...bigggg ******* for this packers and movers..

Not trust worthy. I am a owner who paid 6000 to avail CPMS service from NoBroker. I used to receive at least 5 calls everyday till the property is rented out which is OK for me. But the problem started after this. I havent received any amount from NoBroker towards advance or rent despite the tenant moved in 2 week ago. No one bothers to call back despite multiple email and call requests. I am in a fix now that I have provided my property to rent without any rent and advance collected. These guys are SCAMs so please dont fall for this. I dont want to share the Relationship manager name here respecting the privacy.

My experience went very bad which never happened before with other packer movers. I was completely exhausted and frustrated with the poor services. My pickup time was scheduled at 9 am. Automatically they switched the timing into 2pm and and pickup vendor came late around 2.30pm then they started packing the goods and in between they informed that after 5 pm, no entry in delhi because of this they are demanding double amount whatever i have paid. They were leave my half packed luggage by saying after no entry in delhi charges are double and i tried reaching out ot Customer care multiple times, no one was picking the call and not giving any proper response when they picked up pickup partner has gone and they left my half packed items at my doors only and didn't shifted the goods becauseof extra money. I have paid token amount to no broker that also not returned.
