My order was on time the products come in a big package nothing was damaged and very fast delivery service

Great little car, fast as you like and ready to run strait out the box. Had a problem with battery operating time and had to contact c/s, Nathan helped me with the problem in a professional manner and it,s on the way to getting sorted. The only thing I would improve is I would rather speak to someone on the phone rather than contact by email but that's just my preference. Thanks Nathan

Got my bike on cycle scheme eventually bike arrived whilst unpacking and assembling realised battery didnt lock in informed them straight away all ive been is fobbed off with sarcasm and and air of not caring i expressed how much this meant to me but they still ignored my many emails i ended this whole mess having to buy a new battery after them sending me a part that was impossible to fit without opening battery again i have no help even though the bike has a year parts warranty i wish i had chosen a reputible company but never

Absolutely the worst company I have ever come across! Paid for a scooter at the beginning of Jan which never arrived due to some mess up with how they packed it! It took very nearly 3 months to get a refund after 22 emails! They care absolutely nothing about their customers! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I argued for a month for a refund for a product that I DIDN'T GET! No one answers the phone, they reply to email once a day without giving specific information. Item lost after being seized by unpaid duty. I got a refund after submitting a complaint to the transfer company (przelewy24) more than a week after submitting the transfer complaint. I do not recommend!

Easy to order online but I had to chase up delivery twice. It did not arrive within the 1-2 days as advertised instead took 4 days. Other than that all was good..

Absolutely sham of a business.
We have lost hundreds due to the poor quality, unprofessional standards and service.
We had to send back the electric bike because it was of such poor standard and faulty. Not only did this company try to NOT refund, even though a full inspection of the bike was done by our professionals and then theirs, both finding major faults. They have not refunded the huge expense of having to return the bike etc.

Absolutely do NOT Trust this company.

Avoid... ordered a pressure washer and it was leaking and not very powerful at all.

Now 5 days on still trying to solve a simple return no reply apart from on my reviews but not trying to resolve anything.
