Bought this as a present, opened and charged as instructions stated. Attached battery and off it went. This is a very fast car, 2 minutes in cuts out out and that was it. Charged battery again only to find out the car was broken. Reported this to nitrotek asking for a refund as thought must be poor quality to break this quickly. Sent car back to be told battery and receiver weren't working properly but no fault was found so not entitled to refund. They would happily replace the parts as gesture of good will but not refund…. 3 weeks on still arguing with me about a refund. Shocking company stay well away….

Having bought a bugcrusher car from this company and run it twice I was disappointed to find the front hub was. Split, trying to get a new one proved impossible so this car is now earmarked for spares only.
After trawling through parts for helicopters, electric bikes I eventually found the part but was unable to get it because despite showing one in stock whenever I tried to put it in basket it came up part not found unavailable. It is also not worth calling because the number given is an office where they have no idea about parts
Easy to find stuff, reasonable prices and friendly staff to boot.
