Worst quality

Nine west has really gone down. Worst quality, post bad pictures on their website cause when you receive item, not wjat you order. Can only talk through an email and fills scammish.

Do not buy any shoes from Nine West. They have awful customer service. I purchased a 2 pair of shoes and by mistake ordered the wrong size in one of them. I called NW the next day a lad asked if I could exchange them for the right size. They told me I could not do that. That I would have to order a pair the right size and then email NW to see if they would accept the return. I placed the order with the customer service representative and later emailed NW to request a return of the shoes. They sent me an email saying that they could not receive the shoes back because they were final sale. I was taken aback by their response. For a company that has so much money and has made billions of dollars over the years, this is greed at its best and a disgrace. In addition, those shoes that I ordered the second time, were never received. I called them and they said that it was not up to them to fix the problem but UPS. I tried making a claim through UPS and the system would not let me do so. Apparently a package was left in the mail room but when I look at the picture, the image is blurry. You cannot even see if what is written on the label is actually my information. So, how do I know that what UPS left was indeed my package? I asked nine west for a refund and they told me that I would have to wait eight days or longer for the investigation to be over. And to make matters worse, the supervisor told me that he was not promising that I was gonna get a refund. This is completely wrong. I will never buy anything else from Nine West and advise you who are reading this to do the same.

Hello Nine West,
I received your email on the Black Friday Sale and placed an order that could not be processed.
1. Your on line shopping system is terrible
2. My credit card company confirmed - Nine West has a problem
3. I will never purchase or recommend anyone to buy from Nine West
4. Frustrated as I send 10 requests and my credit is good...Nine West...Please don't do Black Friday if your unable to deliver...Very Very Frustrated

Ridiculous. Ordered dress flats for a Xmas party and got men's hiking boots instead. How is that even possible? No human to talk to. Just a computer that keeps asking why I don't like the dress flats I ordered.

I love their clothing styles, but not always the quality. I just spent $68 on this camel colored jacket. I wore it to work and before I had been at work a full day the jacket had pilling all over it. Then I looked at the contents label. Almost all polyester. Going to try to get my money back!
So very disappointing. Probably won't buy their voting again.

Shipping Misinformation

I ordered shoes on a Friday afternoon and paid $34.95 for "1 - 2 days" shipping. I called Tuesday afternoon to inquire. I was told that orders received after 12:00 pm were not processed until the next business day, so the shoes would not be delivered until Wednesday at the earliest. I was told I could not have the shipping cost refunded as long as they arrived by FRIDAY! I will NEVER BUY from Nine West again

Poor Customer Service

I ordered two pair of shoes on Sunday, Oct 22nd. Their site states it takes 2-3 days to process order for shipping so that means the order should have been shipped out on Wednesday, Oct 25th latest. On Friday, Oct 27th, I called and asked why they had not shipped, they said it will go out today. It didn't. On Monday, Oct 30th, I called and they said they didn't know why it hadn't shipped but now I had to wait another 10 days until Nov 9th to see if they would ship. I told customer service that Nov 9th, plus shipping time was past the due date that I needed the shoes and to cancel my order and refund me. She said they couldn't do that and I had to wait the additional 10 days. Also, I have never had a company charge my card before an item shipped but Nine West did. I just called my bank to dispute the charges with Nine West and my bank gave me provisional credit. It's funny that companies are very strict with their return policies, etc but when they screw up, they put the customer out. I'm am very disappointed with Nine West. I'll think twice about ordering from them again.

I ordered a pair of heels from NINE WEST BACK in February, when the order arrived I tried on one shoe, which fit fine….and I placed the shoes back in the box and stored in my closet. Well today, September 20th, as I was deciding on a shoe to wear to a concert tomorrow, I attempted to try the shoes on with my outfit. Well the right shoe went on fine but the left feet did. It. I'm thinking I've gained a little weight but not this much weight that my feet have grown. I removed the shoes and looked at it. One shoe was a 10 and the other is an 8. So I called customer service and 2 different reps told me there was nothing they could do because it was outside of the return window…….so my response was and still is. What am I supposed to do with a pair of shoes with 2 different sizes? At this time it's late and I'm very upset that a company of this size would refuse to correct their mistake. I will never order from them again and I will not allow this to be swept under the rug. I will make sure to make this situation known online any and every where I can. It would've been in their best interest to refund me my $100 rather have a permanent thumbprint of their error that could have easily been corrected.

Terrible customer service

Purchased a pair of shoes on sale online store. When I received the Item, it was the wrong shoes in the box. When I contacted customer service. They then wanted me to take them and return them through UPS. Taking my own time And gas to return them. They then would not send me the shoes that I actually ordered. They said I would have to reorder, they don't do exchanges.
So now I have to take my time money to return. The shoes are no longer on sale. So I would have to pay a more expensive price for the ones that I wanted. And all they offered me was a 15% coupon discount. All for their mistake.

TOTAL SCAM!

I wish I checked here before buying from Nine West... I bought 2 pairs of shoes from the online store of Nine West Netherlands and paid 104 EUR. After 5 weeks I received my shipment from China (?) had to pay import taxes as well and when I received the package finally the delivery was a hideous baseball cap! I contacted customer service and they told me that I need to send the cap all the way back to China to get a full refund. Returned costs will be on me! They offered half refund if I keep the hat. So I need to pay 50+ EUR for an ugly hat that I didn't even want in the first place? They are a real SCAM! Do not buy guys, save your money for another seller. Huge disappointment in Nine West!

I had a truly dreadful experience with a pair of Nine West sandals that I recently purchased. These sandals not only caused severe blisters on my feet, rendering me unable to walk for two days, but the customer service I encountered when trying to return them was equally disappointing.

From the moment I put on the sandals, I could feel discomfort and tightness around certain areas of my feet. However, I decided to give them a chance, hoping they would eventually break in and become more comfortable. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Instead, these sandals caused excruciating blisters that made it impossible for me to walk or wear any other shoes.

When I contacted Nine West to request a return, I was shocked to learn that I would have to pay for the return shipping. This added insult to injury, as I had already suffered physical pain and discomfort due to their product. The fact that I had to bear the financial burden of returning a defective item was both frustrating and unfair.

Furthermore, the customer service I received was abysmal. It took numerous attempts and considerable time to even get a response. When I finally did, the representatives were unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns. Their lack of empathy and unwillingness to take responsibility for the discomfort and inconvenience caused by their product was truly disheartening.

This entire experience has left me deeply disappointed with Nine West. Not only did their sandals cause severe blisters, but the added cost and subpar customer service only exacerbated the situation. As a loyal customer who has previously enjoyed their products, this experience has shattered my confidence in the brand.

I strongly advise against purchasing Nine West sandals, based on my own painful and unsatisfactory encounter. The discomfort, blisters, and lack of customer support I experienced are simply unacceptable. I sincerely hope that Nine West takes immediate steps to rectify these issues, ensuring that their products are of better quality and that their customer service reflects the care and respect customers deserve.

Second hand floater

Ordered and recieved a watch in the mail. The second hand was off the dial. Upon calling and speaking with Darnell in "so called customer service" nothing could be done, since it was delivered by a third party. I'm assuming since they aren't a delivery company, all are delivered by a third party. Darnell was rude and made excuses from the start. WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM "Nine West" ever again!

2/20/23 My first ever order with NineWest.com. I order 300 USD worth of goods, one of which is the Cyra A blue pursed received damaged and poorly constructed. See image 1. For what I received in the mail. Crinkled sides and uneven handle. Size limit only allows one upload. See BBB review for more images. This is insulting. See image 2. For their return policy: To - and I quote - "original tender type- no exceptions." See image: 3. Confirming their customer service phone number and 4. My 7 attempts to call and contact their customer service about their damage purchase they gave me. They did not pick up the phone the first 6 times. The first robo-message includes a sorry for their return problems. Strike 1. At this point, absolutely ludicrous, and for a lack of a better term, simply ghetto. On my 7th call, they file a case, as they say... and say I'll receive an email that same day to send pictures. That phone call was March 1st, 2023. On March 5th, 2023, I come to a revelation in realizing what kind of company NineWest is. I truly thought they had greater decorum, and were a brand of integrity. I filed a credit card dispute with my company this same day. On March 6th, 2023, lo and behold, NineWest customer service FINALLY sends me an email. I send photos. And see photo attached for their reply, accusing me for using the product and stating it's store credit only. Big strike 2. This company is on a journey to make first time customers their last time customer. Strike 3 - I let them know again, the problem. And the resolution: Free return for my money back to original tender or else I'm going to literally return my 300$ initial purchase, and 100$ second purchase (before this fiasco), and discontinue any kind of relationship whatsoever. I'm truly not desperate to support a business that conducts themselves like this. Whoever is running customer service doubles down, burning bridges to the ground, and says STORE CREDIT. My credit card dispute stands firm. I'll also be gathering all of my items for return. Congrats, guys. Hope it's worth it! I'm sticking to Macy's.
